Steeping Into the New Year | Tea, Perspective & Community Healing

As we step into a new year, this episode offers a gentle pause—an invitation to steep rather than rush, to listen rather than push.

In this special New Year’s reflection, Dr. Michelle Greenwell explores how tea, ritual, and community connection support our innate healing potential. Using Highland Splendor tea and 1909 First Flight on Baddeck Bay, she highlights Lemon Verbena and Raspberry, as companions, as we reflect on how gaining perspective—like standing at the top of a mountain—allows us to see hidden possibilities, inner strengths, and new pathways forward.

This episode includes a guided tea meditation, a heart-centered affirmation, and reflective questions designed to help you begin the year feeling grounded, inspired, and connected—both to yourself and to others.

✨ From the top of the mountain, we are inspired.
✨ From a new perspective, we are empowered.
✨ From outside our usual selves, we discover the hidden jewels of who we are and where we want to go.
