We all want to be heard, we all want to feel like we matter and both of these are important not only in our personal life but in our work life as well. Employee wellness has been growing and is more needed now since the pandemic than ever. 

Burnout is real: 61% of employees are more than likely will experience burmout

How does employee wellness help?

  • Helps employees thrive in life whether it’s emotionally, physically, financially or socially
  • Retention: With higher life evaluation of employees, the lower the turnover rate When employees are thriving, they're 32% less likely to be watching for or actively seeking another job.
  • Attraction: When looking for a job, many employees seek employment that contributes to their wellbeing and helps them create work-life balance. In fact, 63% of U.S. workers say that having greater work-life balance and better personal wellbeing is very important to them when considering whether to take a job with a different organization.
  • Engagement: Productivity increases and burnout drops, for example, when workers are engaged and thriving in the workplace. And in the absence of wellbeing, even if employees are engaged, risk to your employees and your organization increases
  • Fewer sick days: When a wellness program is in place, employees that are active in the program tend to have fewer sick days as they are implementing more wellness behavior changes in their every day lives
  • Lower healthcare spend: With fewer sick days, come lower healthcare spend which is what all companies want and are striving for.
