Navratri Special Episode 1- Devi Mahatmya Series - Madhu and Kaitabh

The Navratris are currently going on and this is known to be a very auspicious time for us.

A defeated king and a deceived businessman are struggling with their lives and reach an ashram. They discuss their sorrows with the Brahman in the ashram who then tells them the story of how the Goddess has appeared multiple times to help the Gods fight their battles against the demons.

In this series of 4 episodes, I look into the sources and the stories behind why we celebrate this festival.

This episode deals with her appearance from Vishnu’s ear and helps him to destroy Madhu and Kaitabh.
