She talks about how much our kids spend on the internet or there phone and shared with us that the more you spend on social media, the more it effects teens wellbeing. They are constantly bombarded with images that aren't even real. With all of the filters and things you can do to change an image. And then our teens compare themselves to a image that isn't real.
