Linton BergsenLet me tell you about Jonathan. Forty two, corporate exec, keto master, intermittent fasting ninja, five hundred dollar monthly supplement stack. Result? If not, you can always come back to this later when you can, and scan your body from head to toe. Where do you feel true famine? Not just stomach growling, but much deeper. Stress in your chest, tension in your jaw. Write down one physical symptom tied to emotional emptiness. Keep that paper handy. Food alone will never be enough to satisfy you.
What Soul Nutrition Means
Linton BergsenThe superfood you're not eating yet is soul nutrition. Not woo woo metaphor, but literal cellular fuel. Stronger than any goji berry. Soul nutrition gives you joy, gratitude, and purposeful silence. When you feed your soul, you send a signal to every cell of your body. Thrive, regenerate, expand. Skip soul nutrition, cells stay in survival mode, inflammation, exhaustion and disease. How it works? Your heart generates the body's strongest electromagnetic field. Positive emotions make it coherent, bathing thirty-seven trillion cells in healing frequencies, and everything operates from frequency. All the energy in your body operates from a frequency response, from your thoughts and your feelings. Very importantly and often underestimated is the environment and people you surround yourself with. They can feed your soul nutrition or simply be junk food. Be very aware of who and what you have on your menu that you fill your time with.
Stephen’s Gratitude Routine
Linton BergsenLet me tell you about Stephen, who started simply to increase his frequency and his energy. Every morning, five minutes before dawn, the phone was off. Just breathing. Then he began his gratitude feasts three wins before breakfast. Three things he was grateful for during the day that was ahead of him. It could be simply for the inspiration that was coming, the results that he was expecting positively, and the ability he had been given to do his job well. One day, facing a deal-killing client, he paused mid-pitch, fed his soul. Words began to flow like magnets. He was inspired. He was living off soul nutrition. He was fed by a source much greater than himself. He signed the deal on the spot. Let me give you an exercise I call the first bite. Takes about five minutes. If you can, participate with me. Sit tall, hands on heart, inhale deeply through your nose for four counts. Visualize golden light entering your very core. Exhale any doubt for six counts. Repeat in your mind I nourish my essence now. Feel warmth spreading through your chest, arms and fingertips. This is your superfood activating at the deepest soul level. Do this daily.

The Science Behind Soul Fuel
Linton Bergsenday. Let's get a little bit scientific and intellectual. Your cells aren't machines, they are antennas. Soul nutrition triggers neuroplasticity, rewiring your brain for resilience. Epigenetics flips genes on for your health. Hippocampus growth allows for memory, calm, and clarity. Gratitude alone spikes oxytocin and drops cortisol. That's anti-inflammatory superfood. All are triggered by soul nutrition. Meditation is a major superfood, allowing you to calm your body and your mind, allowing you to release enormous amounts of stress. I suggest you make it a paramount part of your daily soul nutrition menu.
Cellular Banquet Meditation
Linton BergsenLet us complete an exercise now I call the cellular banquet. If you can at this moment in time, lie down or sit comfortably. If not, come back and do this later. Complete a body scan from head to toe. At each body part, silently say nourish and send each part love. Finish with a full body golden glow. Feel golden light around your entire body. Feel that light in your organs, in your brain, in your eyes, everywhere in your body. Clench and release your fists three times. Practice this every evening and feel how your cells begin to rejuvenate at a cellular level in a way you never thought possible. Food alone cannot give you that type of nourishment. And we all know that people have been healed in miraculous ways, even when doctors had given up on them. Not by food, not by medicine, but by understanding how important soul nutrition is and how your thoughts and your mind control the outcomes of your body and your health, even though it may seem, according to external output, that certain healings may not be able to take place. That is not true. Soul nutrition overcomes all man-made laws. Why? Because spiritual law always circumvents man-made law, and soul nutrition is anchored in spiritual law. Optimism and gratitude are two of the biggest superfoods you need to keep at the very top of your menu.

Linton BergsenLet's look at common blocks and tools that we can use to shatter them. Barrier number one, we might say we're too busy. A solution. 60 second gratitude bursts. Barrier number two, negative thinking. Reframe failure as feedback fuel. Barrier number three, isolation. Share one soul win weekly with someone. Let me share a story with you with someone I will call Julie.
Julie’s Mirror Feast
Linton BergsenShe was an entrepreneur crushed by the rejection cycle, soul famine, discovered what I call the mirror feast, eye contact with self, affirming time and time again, I am enough. She rebuilt her entire empire by simply looking herself in the eye and affirming what she really is. A divinely appointed, powerful human being with everything already inside of her to accomplish anything she chooses to. And that is the journey of the self-realized individual, always affirming, time and time again, looking themselves in the eye, saying, Everything I ever need to know is already inside of me. I just improve that knowing and access it every single day. Start your mirror feast today. Let us look at an exercise I call the barrier buster. It takes about five minutes. Pick your biggest block. Visualize it as a dark cloud. See golden soul superfood dissolving it completely. Affirm loudly. I shatter this limit. Write one micro action to start doing that today.
Daily Soul Nutrition Blueprint
Linton BergsenRight now I am going to give you a daily ritual blueprint, which you can call your soul nutrition blueprint, which should be a non-negotiable item on a regular daily basis. Let us begin with your morning dose. It should not take you more than five minutes. Let's start out with silence. No phone. Just breathe. Then name three gratitudes out loud. Your midday morsel will take about 60 seconds. You'll just pause, take five deep breaths. One joy of inner spark. Just let that inner joy bubble up. Smile, stretch, think of something that makes you happy. The morning is over. Prepare yourself for a very beautiful afternoon. Evening feast. About five minutes. Review three wins from the day. Be positive and expect three more tomorrow. Vision tomorrow's breakthroughs and success and feel them in your body like they have already occurred. Jonathan, who I mentioned earlier, now mentors groups. Their collective energy, electric. Yours will be too.
30-Day Contract And Commitment
Linton BergsenHere is the final exercise of this episode as I mentioned. Number six, write this contract. I commit to soul nutrition every day for the next 30 days.
