Born and raised in the capital city of the Republic of Angola, this son of two active military parents learned that Discipline, Obedience, Patience, and Love were key factors in the character of a leader. Once in Zambia to attend college, Eduardo Miranda found himself fascinated by the art of debate, and through mentorship of one of his professors, the inquisitive Miranda discovered politics, and the need to Be the Change.
