This is the first episode after a fatal car crash in which Jono and his 2 children were seriously injured.
After weeks in hospital nursing 15 broken bones and some new titanium hardware Jono had plenty of time to reflect on how grateful he was that his children were OK, how miraculous it was that they had survived and just how precious life is, Jono thought it would be a good idea to do an episode of TPASP on his journey so far.
Jono had also been thinking about having his younger brother Ben on the show to talk about all that he was up to and so Jono thought, why not have a chat with him and make an episode on the two of them seeing as they had each witnessed most of each others journeys and transformation.
Jono and Ben discuss how childhood experiences can have such a profound impact on how our lives turn out, especially when we do not identify and get complete with these experiences.
The Bwos also talk about being victims in life and in relationships and what it took for each of them to break out of that mentality and take responsibility their being in the world.
This is a lengthy discussion full of gold nuggets and really tells some great story's of two boys developing and growing from small comfortable lives to stepping way out into the skinny branches of discomfort and building on integrity, authenticity and ability to make a difference for others and the world with lots of hurdles and challenges in the middle!!
