Rupert Mayo founded Knight R&D Ltd (Knight) in 2016 following almost 10 years of consulting from KPMG in R&D tax relief. In 2021 Knight became part of K3 Capital Group PLC, a group of complementary professional services firms. A large proportion of the client base at Knight is in the construction industry, with companies ranging across all areas and fields of construction and including start-ups, more established small and medium-sized firms, all the way up to large listed construction, services and property groups.
