She graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelors in International Affairs & Political Science, and a minor in Spanish. Kaaviya held the title of Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2018, and went on to place 4RU at Miss Teen USA 2018. She is dedicated to using her platforms to tell a story of hard work, creativity, and her South Indian heritage.
