Author Dana Wuwwakkil's "The Anxiety Diaries - A Diary and a Memoir" began as an experiment to write every day. She talks about living with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), identifying as a writer, the isolation associated with being a stay-at-home parent and the importance of exercise, meditation and a strong support system for anyone suffering with anxiety and their loved ones.
