F is For...

AJNashville Season 2 Episode 12

Everybody has to do it sometime, it's just inevitable. Failure happens not when we don't succeed at something we wanted to do, but rather when we no longer learn lessons from our actions in order to change and grow for better. Failure is when we fall into the unrealistic trap of insanity, repeating the same mistakes yet expecting different results.

Life is here to teach you lessons. The great part is that we can tap into the HOW of successful and efficient implementation by gaining knowledge and methods from other people who have done it before us already. We seek out those who love to teach and coach their ways of HOW they choose to gain their success and the means to achieve their goals even more efficiently this time around. The beauty of this is that the teacher doesn't need to be able to outperform the student, they just have to hold them accountable and be consistent in their delivery.

You have to be able to align yourself with other people who can relate to you best for expedited growth of something you aren't proficient in already, but you can't allow yourself to just stop there either. You should seek out new areas in life as well, and desire to gain the advice from experts in other fields. You need to be able to analyze who it is around you that brings value to you based on the different levels you are on in your life that help you to determine better decisions for yourself, not them. You do NOT need the opinions of people who are only there to criticize success rather than fuel and fulfill your dreams to reality.

Challenging you by complementing you looks much differently than those who just want to tear you down and watch you fail. Coexistence can happen without loading it down with unnecessary criticisms. Balance can be achieved once you realize failure has to happen in order to grow and succeed. Be ready to evolve beyond what you thought was true before, because change is unbelievably real and achievable, as long as you are willing to learn from your failures. Once you are able to accept that failure isn't really failure, you are free to receive it as feedback and focus on succeeding by embracing your true power at just being YOU.
