F Your Excuses
Everything somebody has already done, can be duplicated and done better by anyone who is willing to fail first. Then, they must improve by learning from those lessons for positive momentum to happen. Change has to be embraced in order to progress in our lives and continue to grow, rather than just slowing down to die.
Trying is the first step anyone has to take to make any of it happen. Many times, it won't work the way you think it will the first time, or even the 40th time. The key is to stay persistent in achieving the goal you've set for yourself to accomplish. Too much of your time will be spent focusing on the less important things, the journey, or how you're going to get there. You'll let yourself get distracted, then allow the excuses to kick in.
You have to be able to look past your excuses and change the way you are doing things to get different results. You can't poison yourself, then blame anyone else for being healthier just because they are willing do to whatever it takes to succeed. You also can't allow others to give you their poison, either. You must be stronger than the negativity that surrounds you. If you let it, it will kill you and your dreams.
Know what makes you feel alive, and commit to holding on to those things harder than any of your excuses you allow to rule over you. When you catch yourself making excuses and mistakes, accept it as a part of your learning process, see it for what it is, and be willing and able to make the difficult changes. You may be surprised at how much easier it actually is to succeed once you get started...
