All of us have said this at some point in our lives. "I can't." Such a common term that most of us take with a grain of salt since we are so used to hearing this excuse. How ever when you look deeper in to this phrase it tends to reach into a much deeper problem. I can't is an excuse to not even try. I can't is a way to release ourselves from the responsibility of what ever we are faced with. But what happens when we switch the word I can't to I will and I am? What happens when we stop our mind from crippling our actions and we press forward? How often have you used the word, I can't?
