S.13 E.1 Chris Papst is a national award-winning journalist. He is the lead investigative reporter for Project Baltimore. Project Baltimore is Fox45 News' ongoing investigation into Maryland’s public education system. 

Chris Papst has published a book titled "Failure Factory: How Baltimore City Public Schools Deprive Taxpayers and Students of a Future." In this episode, I talk to Chris to learn more about his research and investigation into Baltimore's public schools, Project Baltimore's findings, and his thoughts on how we can improve America's public education system.
