Nedgine Paul Deroly is the co-founder and CEO of Anseye Pou Ayiti.  It equips teachers in rural primary schools to transform classrooms and communities, building a Haitian-led movement of civic leaders to spread educational equity. Teachers, students, parents, and school leaders work within their communities to create a network of civic leaders and build an equitable education system based on shared history, values, and vision. Nedgine earned a B.A. in History from Yale College and an Ed.M. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Nedgine has been recognized among the top global social innovators by Echoing Green (2014) . She was selected for the Forbes “30 Under 30” list of social entrepreneurs (2016) and chosen as part of the inaugural cohort of the Obama Foundation Fellowship (2018)
