Captain Pedroza works in Glendale California on a truck company. I teach with Gilbert for the ISFSI and he is an excellent instructor and he has a passion for the job that is infectious. He takes great pride in sharing that with his department. We talk about his department and the progressive things they have in place for hiring, shift schedules, and wildfires.
