Jillian Tyree oversees multiple practice areas: contract finance and accounting, permanent placement, management resources, full-time contract talent, and administrative and customer support. In her role, Jillian focuses on business development and recruiting, while managing and training her teams, overseeing operations in three offices, two in Richmond and one in Norfolk.

 Jillian holds 15 years of experience in specialized talent solutions at Robert Half. She has been with Robert Half since 2007 and has served as Practice Director, Branch Director, and Metro Market Director. She holds a B.A. in English from Limestone University.
