This episode, I got to jump on the phone with my friend Grady Coleman, originally from Fort Smith, AR and now living by the strength of the wind. Grady told me about his childhood growing up playing baseball and learning the outdoors. He told me about working for Redbull during college and all the incredible strategies he learned from them. We talked about brand development and the importance of a brand outreach. Grady told me about putting his foot in the door and taking chances. We talked about life during the pandemic and how he has overcome those tribulations. He told me all about his job with Can-Am and about some of the incredible people he has met along the way.
