Show Notes

Wayne Lyons, Chef

Wayne broke into the professional food preparation industry when he secured a job working as a prep cook, with no real formal training, for a major international hotel chain based in his hometown of New York City. It wasn’t long before his talents were fully recognized and he quickly moved up the ranks to the coveted position of executive chef. It was during this time where Wayne’s innate skills were fully nurtured via a study program at the Culinary Institute of America, known as the “World’s Premier Culinary College.”

Yearning to broaden his exposure, Chef Wayne decided to launch Melange Caterers, Inc. Melange largely served production companies and entertainment industry celebrities. Some of his notable clients included Spike Lee, Shaun “P. Diddy” Combs, LL Cool J and Kanye West.

P.S. I easily get frustrated with tech. For whatever reason, I make a mess of things. But the Buzzsprout podcast platform has been super easy to create, upload and publish. And if "I" say it was easy, it's easy. The customer service is off the chain. I actually got emailed back the same day. Once, tech support went in to fix the problem and report to me that it's been taken care of. I'm a huge fan and that's the only reason I'm endorsing them.
