This is a film podcast where we pick our favourite film topic, like a director, actor or genre, any subject related to film. Martin the host and a guest, each pick a film to discuss from that topic. We discuss them in three different aspects of each film, Directing, screenplay and acting. Then we rank each aspect out of ten. Plus we pick our favourite shot or scenes, lines and performances. At the end we tally the points and see who wins.

This month as arguably one of the most anticipated and biggest films of the year comes out on the biggest screens around the world, The Odyssey, we will be of course focusing on the films legendary director, Christopher Nolan for the second time. Joining me to talk all things Chris Nolan is another returning guest and our very own Chris Nolan expert Heather J Stewart who now qualifies to be a member of the league of podcasts. Martin's pick for part 2, and is going for arguably Christopher Nolan's most ambitious film and quite possibly his best, well according to the internet anyway. On this one we talk about, the epic scale of the visuals. We talk about the very ambitious storytelling and ideas that Christopher Nolan is going for here, and comparing that to one of Nolan biggest influences 2001: A Space Odyssey.
