#164 Shamanism, Channeling & Soul Retrieval with Lesley Bergstrom

Our guest in episode #164 is Lesley Bergstrom ; she is an empath, channel, urban shaman and naturopath. Her work involves teaching people about their spiritual gifts and how to grow them for self-healing.  Today we will be discussing the different ways people experience their psychic gifts, sold retrieval and who are the Seraphim. • It's common for starseeds to feel like they do not belong
• Why many starseeds are incarnating now
• Examples of channeling earthbound spirits
• There's a lot of wandering spirits in Western culture because there's no process for it
• soul loss is a result of any kind of trauma in our life where a certain part of us has to leave for us to function
• An experience with the seraphim and why they are here
• Because we are raising consciousness right now, we are becoming more light beings
