In this episode, my guest Staci Sokol, an end of life doula, shares her knowledge on death and dying. Staci started Graceful Journey 6 years ago and helps guide families though the end-of-life journey, specifically in dementia training and education. She explains how she takes care to educate and empower her clients from the time of a terminal diagnosis until the end-of-life transition. We also talk about the changes in the human body that occur at the end of life.
