Fitness is one of the pillars of life.  I teach four pillars: Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Health.

Dai focuses on the pillars of Fitness, Faith, Family, Finances and Fun.

Together we break down why you need to develop resiliency in this crazy world. Physical health is highly dependent on how much you move. Reclaim your physical health because it trickles down into every aspect of your life. 

How we age is directly dependent on the choices you make today. Vitality and energy as you age depends on your lifestyle choices and habits. Are you going to be one of those overweight, wheelchair bound (for no reason other than you are out of shape), and sad old people? Or, are you going to choose a lifestyle that will keep you in shape, feeling young, and able to travel and do the things you want as you age.  It's your choice.
