 Carah is a wife and mother of two girls and has been a content creator since 2009. Her focus is fashion/beauty/lifestyle on her main channel CarahAmelie, and she also creates book-related content on her book channel CarahBoutBooks.
Carah grew up in Oregon and did ballet all through childhood up until 18, when she graduated high school. Her eating disorder began after her freshman year of college when she was 19 years old, and she worked through recovery during her early 20s.
