In this episode, I was fortunate to interview John Buchanan the former highly successful coach of the Australian cricket team. During his period as a coach (1999 - 2007) the team achieved a number of records including 16 straight Test match victories, 21 consecutive One Day International wins, and two world cup victories, including 24 games undefeated. His winning record of over 75% makes him the most successful coach in history.
If Better is Possible is the first book written by John and is popular with athletes, coaches, and corporate leaders. In his second book ‘Learning from Legends – Australian Cricket’, John focuses on leadership. I hope you enjoy this episode - I know I did - as we focus on Leadership.
