Unfortunately, data breaches don't end after the forensic and legal investigation and analysis concludes. At that point, companies have to dig through every document involved, figure out the individuals named and information contained in each, print and mail the notice letters, provide credit monitoring, and potentially staff a call center to handle inquiries. It is a daunting task, but we discuss how to incorporate the necessary firms to streamline the process to get you back to doing what you do best: servicing your clients.
