Do you know that there is something magical inside of you, but you don't know how to uncover it. The Heartsing podcast is dedicated to just that helping you to put yourself first and figure out what lights you up. I'm your host, Addie B AKA Slayer of Namaslayer. And through my journey of losing nearly a hundred pounds, uncovering the magic of my soul and building the life of my dreams.

I'm leaving no stone unturned in the process of self discovery, and I'm here to share it all with you. So let's get started. Heartsing Addie here and we are at a hundred episodes. I just can't believe it. I want to thank you all so much for listening, your encouragement, your sharing of the podcast, your reviews. If you haven't done one,

it'd be a great, a hundredth episode gift and Spotify is now taking reviews. Hint, hint, I would love some over there. Anyhow, my friends let's dig in. I went out and got stories from heart singers, just like yourself, people out, listening to the podcast, putting it into action. And also me first sisters from the sisterhood that are taking this process,

dreaming big and making their dreams come true. You will hear stories from weight loss to pursuing life. Coach dreams, fitness instructors, comedians, all kinds of really fun dreams in action. And we will talk about stepping into fear and having courage and creating vision planning community and the power of that. Along with your believing mirrors, we're going to talk about the wine winch,

all kinds of stuff. And we it's just so much fun to hear these stories. And I know you will leave as inspired as I am listening to these amazing bad-ass witches in bitches. I get to call the sisters by my side and I couldn't be any happier, any prouder, any more grateful for what I get to do in this world and this life I've created.

And this life, these women are creating and we're all doing it together. First step before we dig in and you listen to these amazing stories today, you don't want to miss a single one. And next week we're going to have a lot of weight loss stories, and next week's podcast this week, we're focusing a lot on the dreaming big and stepping into that courage and overcoming fears focusing on when do we stop believing in,

how do we believe that first step from Renee Spears? I asked her to leave us a little message for our hundredth podcast episode. Since you will hear her name throughout, I thought it'd be fun to have a little tidbit from her on her journey. And we will see her at our fall. Me first planning experience again, as you know, she loves to be there to help us manifest on steroids as she calls it.

So without further ado, here's Renee. And then we'll dig in to hear from some of your sisters, Congratulations on a hundred episodes and such a treat for me to actually be on some of those episodes and to have you on the abundance podcast too. It's also been an honor for me to join you on the me first planning weekends, you know, I'm a manifestor and planning is like manifesting on steroids.

So planning weekends are right up my alley. And I absolutely love doing the speed readings. I think because the guides just come through with the most important thing that your soul needs to hear at that moment, it's pretty powerful. And it's fun to work with so many of the same people, their hearts and minds get opened working with you. And then we just reinforce all that fabulous change with help from the spirit guides,

perfect combination, but the best part of the past year has been becoming friends with you. Addie. It's so inspiring to watch you step into your power and change the world. You're definitely inspiring me and so many of us to do the same thing. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you for being you. And I'm looking forward to the next hundred episodes.

Thank you so much, Renee. That means the world to me up first, we have Tonya from the MEfirst sisterhood. Hi, I'm Tanya AKA Mar Gaia. I am 46 years old. I have four kids. Most of them are grown. One is already living on his own and one's moving out. And then I have two that will be left at home.

I am also a, an elementary school teacher who is making a lot of whole bunch of transformations. I've been married for 26 years and finding out who I am and where I'm going and what I want to be. You are doing some magic things in your life, and I'm excited for you to share with the listeners, your story a little bit. Can,

can you tell them, when did you start it with the me first process? Because this all came about everything you're doing in your life, through you going through this process. Can you just run us through that a little bit? Yeah. Well, I've found you, you know, I'm sure like lots of other people, you know, fit in fat and then you started posting and I would just watch you,

you know, and go, is this all about, and you would be in your, in your condo and you're putting up your notepads in the back with your mug. And I'm like, what is going on? I was always so intrigued and I'd be like, this is in bitches. And every time it was just, you know, I would just watch.

And sometimes I would comment on your lives and I would think, all right, she's doing, I do this weight loss thing. I could do this, you know, and I watch you all this time, you know, kind of transform, but I would just watch, you know, in the background, which I'm sure a lot of the people who are listening right now may be in that same kind of boat where they're like this magical mess going on up in here.

Cause it is it's magic. And then about a year ago I just started kind of fiddling around on their website and I meant maybe I will join. And then you had a camp coming. It was like, thank you universe. Here you go. All you move. I joined camp. And there was never a hesitation in my, for me, but it's been probably about a year.

And you were just so welcoming. It was just like, let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it normally. Like I hesitate when I norm like join new stuff, but it was, it was something about you and something about these ladies that it was really kept going. Like, just go with it, just go with it. And I have really gone with it.

So I found you like a year ago. I don't know. I mean, do you want me to kind of talk about what I've done? I don't You to talk about your transformation with it. I mean, that's all fabulous. Thank you. I love it. But let's talk about like how so you came to camp and you went through this process.

So we go through to give the listeners an idea, right? We go through visioning and we take the vision into a plan. And for a lot of us, this was the first time it's like her permission to dream, right? It's like the first time we dreamt for ourselves and ask, what do I really want? And so I've seen you,

oh my God, you have done TAVI. One. What you've created in your life sends you sitting down and doing that. If that helps. I just gets crazy too, because I will never forget the first time when we sat down at camp and it was like, all right, sit down. We're doing this whole visioning thing. I've never, ever visioned before.

Never, never, before I did this. And it was like magic, just all these visions. I could really see everything. And I'm like, oh my gosh, that's me. And that's when I found my name or Gaia, you know, it was during that process. I have went from someone who doesn't vision, someone who doesn't meditate, someone who doesn't journal in this,

that is just part of what I do is from then. I don't want to make a big, long story about it, but I have really grown from someone who doesn't do any of that and not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, or really just kind of running with an arm full of everything I had to do in my life as a mom and as a teacher and everything and not knowing to now I have,

this is crazy to even say it, but now I have purchased a bus. We are building our bus to go and live on and travel in and work in. I quit my full-time day job like brick and mortar teacher, which I never thought I would do it. And now I'm, I'm working virtually to help support homeschool students. Instead of working from a brick and mortar classroom,

I can take my show on the road. I'm a vocalist. And I've been able to hook up with some magical musical peop you know, learning how to play the guitar. What about fat sugar? Oh yeah. Gotcha. I can't believe you've done all this in a year. Look at what, like, yeah. So tell everyone about fat sugar.

Right? So we have a business. It was always like our little side gig. We painted furniture for our house. Now we have actually grown it out. That sugar has a place where we bend and we sell our furniture. We go to we refurbish furniture and sell vintage items. Now we're going to all of the vintage markets that are local to us in selling.

We have an Instagram following. I'm getting ready to do a YouTube to start. It's going to be the bachelor sugar show. And it's, it's growing. I've gotten one of the hugest contracts from a local radio DJ to do all of his furniture. And I'm like, holy balls, how did that happen? And it's really this process of who am I becoming?

What am I doing? And finally saying, this is who I want to be, because we want to take all that stuff that we're doing with fat sugar, throw it on the bus and go live our life, you know, and I'm doing it, actually doing it. I really don't. I don't feel like if I, if I never hooked up with you and the ladies in our group who have really been the believing mirrors when I have not,

you know, stalled out and felt like I, I, I'm not really gonna do this. I'm not really gonna do this. Cause we do that self doubting, you know, and anytime I, I knew I could come back to them and I could be the realest real. And just say, just the mess, the ladies in my group, I can always count on them to say,

all right, we believe in you like just shining it right back to me. And it builds my whole soul. I look forward to it so much because it's scary to jump. Yeah. And you jumped a lot this year, right? And so you originally came for weight loss and I talk about this all the time. People come for weight loss.

That's why I call it a spiritual weight loss class because it really, we people get here because they're like, well, it's not really about the weight, but I want to lose weight, but we don't know what that it really is about. And you are stepping into what it's really about. And the weight is just going to come. And you've been doing a good job with that too.

That part of it will, will just come out of you finding this, something else. This you unlocking more Gaia and this magical, you guys got to follow fat sugar on Instagram. So head over there and make sure you're following more Gaia because you're about to see some magic really unite over there. What else? Oh, I wanted to ask you,

because I know you and your hobby, you listened to the podcast together and you've vision board together. Like what is the impact Ben or anything from the podcast in particular that has rang true for you? Or you want to talk about when you guys were visioning, anything that might inspire the listeners out there? You know, I think it's funny. Cause my,

my husband is easygoing. You know, like he's onboard with all the things we do look forward to our it's like our Friday listening, listening party. But I think he gets all the, he gets all the nuggets too. And I think that that's been a really important piece is I'm doing the visioning and I'm doing the work for me. But my partner is also jumping on board and saying,

oh, I hear that. Oh, I see that, oh, what about this manifesting? What about this believing piece? And we have done those things together. But I think the most important thing that I I've walked away with, that I have in my pocket, really because I'm not walking anywhere. I think that I finally am realizing that this is about me.

This is not about someone else. And it's hard. And I, I think that lots of people could relate to this is that when you're a mom and you're an employee and you're a daughter and you're all the things it's never about you, you know, I've lost the weight before, because it was about somebody else or something else this time, like I'm transforming me.

And, and I feel like maybe I'm, it's not backwards. It's just my way, but I've transformed me. And so I'm coming into myself and I'm finally something in my whole spirit has changed to go. Now that physical part of you now that's going to transform because now you know yourself, and this is not about anything, but you, and it's crazy to me to really think it and not just think it,

but know it deep down in my soul, you know? Yeah. And it's the way it is true lasting transformation, more guy, because you're doing it from the inside out. So it's definitely not backwards. Right. It's, it's backwards to how we normally do it. We normally try to fix everything outside of us where now you're like, Hey,

what do I really want inside? And you're making it and you're listening to her and you're bringing it out. And it's just amazing to watch. Okay. Real quick, before I let you go a memorable moment from the podcast, what is the thing that you like think, and remember all the time from the podcast that's really safe for you, Prayer and Australia.

Those, these I love And Australia. I mean, I know you did the podcast with the eight limbs of yoga. And I really did listen to that podcast deeply. And I don't even know anything about any of that, but I would kept tuning in and kept tuning in. So I would know, but man prayer and Sreya, I totally recognize it all the time.

I'm in a link in the show notes for everybody on this, the prey and SRE episodes. Cause there's a couple episodes where I'd tell this story and then I just refer to it all the time in prayer, be in this, this, this sexy little bee that's luring you over to the beer and that, you know, all the things, right.

And now that you're working at home, I could talk to you forever about this and give me one last thing. You want to leave listeners without there too? Where can they start? What can inspire them? How does, how do they transform their lives like you did? You know, I think it's going to start with first. You have to know that there's,

there's a whole group of souls that are ready to support, support you. So be ready for that. But I think like you just have to start knowing that this is about you and loving you first enough to take a pencil and put it to paper and write your right to yourself. You know, love yourself enough. That's all. That's like, what I can say is I finally love me,

you know? Well, there's just not going to be a better way to end that portion. Thank you so much for sharing Tanya more Gaia. It's always a pleasure up next. We have Paula a light secret joining us. Hi everyone. I'm Paula and I am a 58 year old retired woman. Woo. I'm so excited about that. It's coming up on nearly a year.

If you can believe it. And a large part of that courage to go forward and retire is because of Addie because of slayers. She helped me do that. I grew up in Seattle area, still Washington area and have a house in Boise, Idaho now, but put still in Seattle. I have two grown sons, 26 and 28 have been married for 30 years.

And I am currently in the Chopra centers. Meditation sort of patient program should be finishing up with that this month or early next month. And I've mostly completed the health and wellness and I'm going on to the coaching certification, which is a little scary to me, but I'm really excited about it. And there's big things to head. I hope. Did you ever think when we were just horsing around on Facebook,

I'm trying to do weight loss that you would be sitting here talking about how you're going to be a meditation teacher and No, this was nowhere in my wheel house. I, in fact, as you know, Addie, I was raised pretty much all my life Catholic and very rule driven and non woo and all that. Okay. Can we swear all that shit was just pushing me out and you know,

but, and here I am now I have Sahara roses cards that I do every day. And we of course on the first meet me first glad camp when we did our circle on the mountain, you know? And so I'm coming along on that journey and I just opening myself up to the universe, I think. And that feels just fantastic. I like it.

Like, you know, I'm still a little hesitant at times, but I really have learned so much. I think it's so amazing to sit here now with you having known you for a few years at this point, easy through at least three years to see how your life has transformed. And oh my gosh, I don't even know where you would start with it.

Paul, it's been such a journey for you, but anything you can share with the listeners out there that might be sitting like we were right. Like you were like three or four years ago. Do you remember, how were you feeling back when all of this first started, you know, back when we were really trying to figure out how to put ourselves first,

do you remember like the, how you were living? I, well, I found you on Facebook through PNP and I was, I've been challenged, you know, like a lot of people, most of my life, going back to childhood with a lot of anxiety, which later became depression. And yeah, as you say, you were in a year,

300 ball and misery. I was in my nearly 200 ball of anxiety and depression to the point where it was debilitating to me and I was convinced I'd go. And it was kind of a roller coaster, ups and downs, but there's a large part of those years where I was convinced I was dying. I was dying of mostly cancer and I hate the latest one.

It was only like a year or so ago that I was convinced I had a L S and that's just where my mind goes. And I look back and I'm not, I'll be honest. I could, I could hit those lows again, but I don't stay there. It is through my work with the MEfirst. It is through meditation exercise community that I don't stay in those LOLs anymore.

And I am a different person. I am a completely different person. I have confidence now that I never had before. I am excited for the future and nervous, but it's all really it's the growth I've had in my life is an indescribable. My relationships are far better with my children and with my husband. In fact, I had an appointment with my hairstylist a couple of weeks ago and she goes,

wow, you just, it, you just come across as so serene and calm, which is, you know, as you know, a road, I want to travel down in the future, but I can't tell you the value that I have been given through the system and through you with your generosity. It's just, there's just no words for it.

Well, I think we should talk about that. Calmness, thank you by the way. And if you know, that just means the world to me. And, but what, what really means the world to me is seeing you guys transform your lives because it's just, you know, it's like why I'm here. So to here to see you do this,

and let's talk about this next step for you. So going through this and this, this, you guys is what I'm talking about. This is what comes out of us, looking at ourselves and putting ourselves first. And evidently you will come out the other side to help other people. And you never know what form that's going to take. It's going to surprise you and Paula just hit on the nail of what's coming for her next.

And you know, as you're heading into getting your coaching certificate at Chopra and finishing all this, work yourself with your anxiety, tell everyone about what's come to you with, with the calmness. I want, I want you to you break the bubble here. I don't mind. I want to tell everybody you talk about, Yeah, it's, it's, it's still formalizing for sure.

But I spent a good part of last year. Did it rain? Just like, what do I do? And I was attracted to the life coach, but then I'm on the quiet side. You know, I, I thought I'm no Slayer, but there's a place for people like me in the coaching world. And I also want to throw in there that I have lost,

you know, 40, 45 pounds because of the work for me, for me first sisterhood. And there's more to go, right? There's that last 20 I'm I'm fun size. So, you know, I need to sit down. We're out, we're all at the last 20 right now. It's a lot of Guys, Like all of us that kind of started around the same time.

And I mean, it's, it's fascinating. Like I forgot to even ask you about your weight loss because it just becomes like second nature at this point. Now it's about who you're becoming and yeah, it's still form formalizing for you. And it might change from the time we record this podcast to what, when you start really putting into action your business,

but tell everybody about what you're going to do. So my, my hope and dream is to have a business, a coaching business, that centers around being calm and just in your life through the tools that I have learned again, through meditation, through journaling, through cleaner, healthy, your food, moving your body. And I also want to touch base on somehow I have a deep,

it's not a love. What's the right word. It's a passion. I have a son. My older son has a severe mental illness. He has one with psychotic features. So in the world of mental illness, it's just a step below schizophrenia. It's a serious mental illness and I've been, we've been through a lot a lot. And I can,

I can absolutely tell you that through learning how to deal with my emotions. I, it's not easy, but I, that were that just kinda coming to me, the feeling of calm being calm. And I want to help other people with that. And I know, you know, that's one of the best gifts that we can give ourselves is to remain calm or comments you can be right.

And it's just, not only mentally, is it beneficial, but physically in your body, right? You're decreasing your blood pressure. You're decreasing those stress hormones that show up to cortisol and adrenaline. If I can give that gift to other people, Hey, my world is a much better place. And that's what I wanted to do. I want you to be able to offer that to others.

And it's weird because, you know, I kept telling people, kept telling me, gosh, for the last 10 years, and maybe not that much, maybe it's more like five. You're just so calm. And I'm like, no, I'm not, I'm not common at all, but there's something there. Right. And I found that through meditation,

I've found that through the message me for sisterhood. So yeah, I mean, I don't know when my business will be up and running hopefully few months too early next year. And I want to work with my sisters and anyone else who can maybe benefit from the tools and the experiences I've had. All right. Anything you want the listeners out there to know that how about our listeners that are not engaging either in the Heartsing podcast or the sisterhood?

Like what would you tell them about actually getting taken action and, and finding community? You mentioned community being an important art that helps you get get up. And I think it is, you know, James Clara talks about hanging around the people, you know, you want to be like, and I mean, we, our arms arms wide open, you know,

what would you say to those women? I think it just has to do with it. You just have to set aside 15 minutes. If you, if you know a day for yourself, start small and you'll build on that, engaging in the community, you know, offer comment, watch alive and make a comment on it. And then gradually you'll become more and more involved.

Heck the other day, right? I was, I went live and the sisterhood about my wine issue that I love my wine and I never would have done that a year ago. I wasn't afraid of what people think. I'm still afraid what people will think, but I know it's a safe spot for me. I know that I can be accountable last night,

no wine for me. It was, it was great. Right. And I feel good. And I just think it just offers so much. And having raised a family where I was just, there was no time for me. I can tell you this, the best thing I've ever done for myself. And I will never let it go. And I will be a part of it forever,

God willing. And it, you will never regret it. Not a minute. And you look, how many people are coming back. I came back, I dipped out for awhile and I came back and I'm like, all in, I'm all in baby. We're doing this. Yup. And I think, I think that happens just with groups kind of in general,

you guys, like we get, we get engaged and then we kind of come in and out, and then there's a lot of people coming back right now. It's funny. Right? Like it just is kind of cycles like that. And you w what you need at the time you need it. I think our sisterhood for me is the base and the foundation.

And that's what I want it to be. Have you guys explore in that magic inside and becoming these, these next versions of ourselves and having that space, you know, you can go and do it in. Everyone kind of gets it. And we're all, we're all on that ham getting back up, over and over, you know? So you nailed it.

Thanks so much for sharing your time here with me on the podcast light seeker. I really appreciate it. I can't wait to have the calm coach on. It's very exciting. I do too. And I hope to be more visible as well, just, just to be there for others. And if anyone can be helped by my being vulnerable and reaching out,

then, then I'm a happy camper. So, and I learned that from you, Addie. I did Thank you. And it is in all of you sharing your stories that it happens, right? It's because we hear like, like you say, oh, I saw her do it. Maybe I can do it. It's the same thing. Someone's going to hear your story about the anxiety or the wine winch or whatever it is,

and be like, oh, maybe I can do it too. How is she doing it? Or, you know, there's hope in it for me. And then you start to get those actions. Yeah. I, I thought about, you know, someone could look at this and think, oh, you know, she's supposed to be the calm approach that she's drinking.

Hey, I'm real. I mean, this is what happens. I'm, I'm learning from this. I mean, I can put it up too. I can put it away, but it's just a habit and it's not a habit that serves me anymore. And it's taking away in that little bit from, from my being calm. And so, you know,

I'm showing everyone I'm not perfect, but I'm learning and I'm willing, willing to try and I'm willing to get back up again. I think that's what the sisterhood taught me more than anything else really is dammit. I can get back up. I fall down a lot and I learned through my failure and I get back up. It'll be hard to end on A more note than that.

Getting back up over and over light seeker up next, we have Statia from the MEfirst sisterhood becoming a life coach. Well, I am Statia. I am from upstate New York. I'm right outside of our state Capitol Albany. And yeah, I've just been listening forever. Knowing I feel like I've known Addy for ever. It's been a few years now. I filed her on her journey before she started the podcast event.

And here I am like a whole new person. I know. And you have a busy life. You have two kids and you have a big job at the state that keeps you busy and we'll get into your most recent transformation as we, as you share your story, that kind of leads me to ask you about that, about sharing that moment for yourself.

Because when you decided to make that w to just say that thing you feared most can you, can you share it with everybody? I can still see your eyes to this day. Oh, about making that decision even to share it. So I was talking to you, we were at a group call and you were asking people to share about their dreams.

And I was scared to death to scared to share my dream. And my dream was to be a life coach. And I couldn't even say the words out loud, like at first. And you're like, oh, come on. And you kind of encouraged me. And I say, I could just see it. Like I was like, I'm sitting there today.

I could see an ad. I was so scared. And all of a sudden I'm like, okay, I'm just going to, I got to tell somebody, I got to tell somebody what's in my heart. And I, so I said, oh, I want to be a light coach. And you're like, I don't remember your exact words, but I remember you were just so encouraging.

And you're like, well, while you put it out there, so now it's going to happen. And I was like, okay, you were like, no, no, it's going to happen. Cause you, you put it out there and it's happening. And you know, and I, I got, I was actually gifted being able to go to the life coach school and which is,

that's a whole nother story in itself, but yeah. And just been transforming into like this whole, I want to say other person, but it's like, I think that person's always been inside of me, but she's just been coming out more and more and it's yeah. It's been so exciting. Yeah. And so, and so now you're a life coach.

I mean, would you have thought like three years ago, as we set out on this weight loss journey, you know, and we're figuring out what, how to put ourselves first that you'd be sitting here saying I'm a life coach. No. Well, I mean, pardon wants to, like, I want to say, yeah. So of course I knew I would always do at,

you know, but really, no. I mean, I don't think so. I mean, I know that I always wanted to do big things and I always knew that I wanted to do something, but I didn't know if I would ever have the courage to do that. And you definitely just convinced me and I was just kidding. No, you definitely encouraged me and gave me that confidence to say,

okay, you know why I can't put this out in the world? And then when you believe it just really comes true. Well, you all encourage each other by the way, by sharing your stories and sharing your dreams. And which is the reason the community is even created. Right. It's just a sharing those, those stories and stepping into the fear.

Right. And so it's, it's always a thing with that, right? Like what, what is it for you? What do you think the big shift was for you in, in your journey of actually starting to take action on these, on the big dreams? So, I mean, you know, I went to life, coach school, I graduated,

I had this big dream. I was going to do it. And then I kind of like backed off a little bit. Like it got scary. It got real. I mean, like, it's great to talk about. And you're like, okay, I'm going to do it. And then I got gifted it. And I was like, oh,

I don't know if I want to do this now. Cause it was like, now it's real. So it was like, no, no, you know, I have this awesome opportunity. I'm going to take advantage of it. And so I went to school, got the certification pass. So excited. I'm going to set the world on fire. And that it was like,

I was hid under the blankets forever. Like not forever, but I've been, I was hiding under the blankets. And then all of a sudden it was just like, I don't, I try to think like what really changed. But I think being in the small groups, definitely, I think that, you know, I'm proud of one of the small groups that you have.

And that really helped me because I was around other people who are dreaming and people who wanted different things. And I've said that to you before, like it's different when you come into this community and you can come into a community of people who really get it. People who are like, you're believing mirrors as you call them. And rather than people who are like other people in the world,

they have your best interests at heart a lot of times, but they're just like scared for you and people here. It's not that they are not worried about you, but they're like, go for it. You can do. And they're dreaming big and they're dreaming big with you. And yeah, if I were to give credit to anything, I think that is like,

the biggest thing is like watching people like Morgan Aja and watching, you know, all these other people who are like doing things and doing big things. And whether it's buying that car that they dreamed of or buying the bus or doing the big things I'm watching other people do big things and, or it's losing the weight or it's being vulnerable and sharing your journey.

Like they're huge things. And so I'm like, oh, they're doing that. And they're just regular people and I can do it too. Yeah. And bet, you know, I'm always going to bring it back to the work because the whole reason it all happens is because of what we do at our, at all the planning. Right. And it coming through.

So wait, so when you get out of the life coach school and you were like feeling a little lost and stuff, I think we had a, maybe that was like January a planning event or something like that for the MEfirst guide. Right. And when you, when you like, kind of entered back in and so you're a colossal big dreamer, like you,

like, you can dream big Sasha. Right. It's like getting into taking these actions. So how does, how does, like even taking that intention for that amount of time, like setting your quarter up, how does that help you move forward and helped you step into the fear along with it? Oh, because when you have like a path and a guide,

I mean, that's what it becomes when you take that time. And we work together and I love the fact that your planning sessions are like all of us working together. And I noticed that when I show up for that, I feel so much more ready. And you know, I, if I, even, if I don't look back at it every single day,

I have this guide right here and I know where I can go. And I, I have an ideas of what I can do. And it's like plotted out for me rather than stumbling through the dark and just hoping to make a mark, you know? I mean, and I think that's the difference between a light on your path versus, you know,

hoping and feeling your way against the walls. Yeah. That's beautiful. Yes, exactly. Right. Like you have a little something to take small actions each day. I know you're in the process of setting things up, but if people wanted to coach with you, how would they reach you? They can send me an email if they want it's Statia S T a C I a it's 1, 2, 3, 0 at Gmail.

Okay, great. Well, look at that. See, now you really put it out there as safe a year. It's officially rocket and rolling. And you guys better reach out before it's a million dollars to coach with our state. So good job. And keep up the continued you've you've dropped some weight this year, too. Right? How much,

how much weight have you dropped this year? So far? I have dropped 10 pounds so far. Yeah. I got a big number I had to me, but you know, I believe I can do it. I know I can. So I know you can too, in the eyes, on the ball. Good work. All right. Well thank you for sharing.

I really appreciate, oh, anything else you would like leave the heart singers with, that are out there. Listening. Generalists, never discount your dreams and share them, share them in this group because I'm telling you, this is the place that, you know, sometimes other people, like I said, they have your best intentions at heart, but here,

I think you should just feel free to share your dreams. And if I can go after my dreams, you can go after yours too.<inaudible> thanks for the inspiration up next. We have Claire on age, just being a number permission to dream big, having a pathway to creation, followed by Holly, enjoying life, not just living it, becoming a comedian.

We talk about alcohol fear and money and last, but definitely not least Sunseeker Amy talking about dreaming for her vision meditation benefits and that one minute that will change your life. Here's Claire Hey Claire. Thanks for joining us here on the Heartsing podcast. It's a delight to have you here. My sister. Thank you. I'm just delighted to be here. Just tell everyone a little bit about yourself and,

you know, just kinda, kind of your journey with me first in a couple of, and your ahas school, we'll dig in as we go. So I am, I live in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm 66 years young. And what I wanted to kind of share about that is that it doesn't matter what your age is, you know, and there,

particularly when you get to a certain period of time in your life and all of a sudden you kind of look backwards and you go, I have always been putting everybody first. When is it? My time? And you know, it's like when we were several years ago, it was like, it's time for me to put my stake in the sand,

dammit and say me first. So, so that's when, you know, when I started kind of, you know, following along with you and I love everything that you had to say, and it just gave me, I guess, permission, right? To be an Ana, not only permission, but a pathway, because even as you've evolved, everything has always been around,

you know, how you spend your time, what you do, but allowing you to dream. And I think that's one of the, I told you, I, I stopped dreaming for me. Right. I stopped dreaming for me. And I hadn't realized that I had stopped dreaming for me. And it was like this almost like a little sad thing.

It's like, what happened? What happened to my dreams? Why, where did I go? I'm just so busy in the now today doing everyday stuff. And you know, when you get to a certain age, it's like you realize all of a sudden, you only have a few more years on the planet. You know, even that's, even if that's 30,

you know, like what's that quality life and how are you going to spend that time? So, you know, one of the things I really have loved about being in the sisterhood and working through the processes is particularly the, you know, the, the quarterly planning stuff that you do, that, which we always call camp. Now we're calling it first a guide event experience,

whichever one will keep your Yeah. Perfect. And I love it. It's really scheduling the time away for myself to sit down and allow myself to dream. And the processes take you through that dreaming processes. And you know, you, and I I've shared with you, it's like all of a sudden this picture of this woman that I didn't even recognize came up in one of the first times when I was dreaming my future self.

And I'm like, oh wow. Look at her. I'm like, oh, wait, that's me. And then when we did the last quarterly planning, she totally morphed into this other thing. And I'm like, wow, where did she come from? But I liked that too. So it's it. I love how it's changing and evolving as I change and evolve.

And so that's just been a big piece that I've certainly learned for you and, and gotten back in my life, which I absolutely adore. And then the other thing is we back into the planning thing, you know, me, we take it from the big picture vision, but it's really putting it on the calendar, you know, and putting action to it.

And within the last session we did, I was getting down and literally the last few minutes, we're filling out our monthly calendars. And it was actually going into September, which is in the next quarter, the next piece. Right. And I was like, oh my God, I forgot to put my, you know, my family member's baby shower on the thing.

And my future daughter and my daughter-in-law's baby shower, they're all in September. And I was like, I was really heavy for the wedding pictures and all that stuff. And I don't want to look like that. I was at my other daughter-in-law's baby shower. I was going to like a poor get. And I just look all blown up. Like I have,

I have a month, I can do anything in 30 days. So I put my mind to it. And it was literally the trigger from one to the next that gave me the momentum. It gave me the drive. And it was almost something that I didn't plan for because it was not just August. It went into that one first weekend in September.

And it was like a huge aha that made a difference. And if we hadn't been doing it, if we hadn't been doing the planning, we hadn't even talking about it. I wouldn't have even thought about it. And I would have missed that whole, this whole month of being able to get into hyperdrive. Yeah. Well, and it's, don't you think it's always something like that,

right? Like it's, it's like a small little thing. Sometimes the police hang up, write down that I'm learning and sometimes it'll be an adventure I decided to take, but if we don't, I love what you said, Claire, about giving yourself permission to dream. It's like, I'm going to show up in dream and then take an action on it.

Right. It's like kind of marrying the, the, both of those. So that, that was a beautiful share. Yeah. And I will tell you, is that I really am grateful for the, for taking the time and the space to do that because it was at the end of the two days, it was at the end of the second day.

And it's easy to not schedule the time to do the full work. Right. And say, oh, well, you know, it's okay, I've got it up to here. And no, I've got to go take care of the husband, or I got to go make dinner or the kids or somebody scream at or whatever. It's like, no,

I am in my room. The door is closed. Do not bother me until I'm done. When you see my face, that's what I'm done. And I would not have gotten to that point and gotten this for myself to be able to get here. So, you know, I just appreciate you encouraging all of us to put ourselves first and giving us the process to walk us through,

to be able to get there and the support Higher. And you know, it all came from me needing to do it myself. Cause I know the quarters that I do really well. I'm doing this half too, you know? And when I, when I allow the, the other things to distract me or pull me away, I might have missed a little aha or a little window.

And it's yeah, that's a great reminder. So wonderful Sharon, I just love having you a part of the MEfirst sisterhood and seeing your face. So thank you so much. And thanks for sharing. I know the listeners will love it. Anything else you want to share? Okay. I just, I just encourage everybody to join us on the ride and the journey because it's all good and it's all about love and I love that.

There's no, there's no right or wrong. There's no good or bad. It's just information. And you know, as you look at the data and then you just make choices, it's all good. And we get up over and over and we liked this Governor. Absolutely. All right. Thanks a ton, Claire. I really appreciate it. Okay.

Okay. Up next, we have podcast listener Holly B here from Massachusetts, looking to pursue that lifelong dream of becoming a comedian, that big, scary dream. How do you step into something like that? And hang in there for Sunseeker who is lighting this world up, took off the last 20 pounds, becoming a fitness instructor, really seeing these dreams that she didn't even know she had,

because guess what? Like so many of us, she had Dreaming. So tune in and hear how these two are doing it, Howie you and your partner sent the air. So dear to me, and you've been podcasts listeners for a while now, which is how you found me and how I met you guys. And I would love for you to share a little bit about how you've changed your life since listening to the podcast,

because it's been so fun to watch you. So tell everybody a little bit about just your journey over the past year or so and what what's starting to come out for you. We started listening to this kick-ass podcast. It definitely resonated with, with me, you make it funny, which I love you. You're real. You know, I've always had like some ideas in the back of my head that I called pipe dreams always worked my butt off since I was younger.

Since listening kind of been more in tuned with what I want in life. And you get used to walking around like a zombie, I guess, I guess I'll say you get up, you go to work, you come home, you, you do your chores. You go to bed, you get up, do it all over again. This has given a different outlook on life and a different feeling,

more importantly on life because you've encouraged me to take a look at enjoying life and not just living life. I've always been kind of afraid to take the leap. You know, you can make every excuse you want. Most of it, I would say fear and money, but I am now making a plan to just go for it. And it's taken me 46 years to do that because you know,

I, I did go to broadcasting school years ago, but then it ended up on the back burner then. And so now with some renewed energy and just lots of fun and meditating and podcasts and, and you and all the little. So tell everyone I tell everyone what you're going to do, what this big dream you're going to chase that you've shoved down.

I wanted to do voiceovers, but particularly for like cartoons, hopefully, you know, cause I can do all kinds of different little voices and accents and what not. So I really enjoy that. Cause people laugh when you talk in a different voice. I don't know why I want, I want to be funny. I want to be a comedian. I want to make people laugh,

but I, I want to do it in a way that is kind of true life, like everyday stuff. And just turn it into funny. So I'm going to go, I'm going to take some classes, classes with Boston casting, maybe a little, little bit of acting classes, standup comedian classes. And I'm going to see where it takes me.

I'm just going to go for this ride. And I'm just like put the excuses out the window at this point and I'm ready. And I couldn't say that before I started listening to, I am so excited to see where this journey takes been. In case you guys hear a zillion dogs in the background, we should probably talk about sweet pause for a second.

So this partner and founder is the founder of sweet paws dog rescue, which is a dog rescue in Massachusetts. And they placed so many hats that are needed. And if you're going to adopt, you want to get in touch with sweet paws and follow Cynthia on the good old Facebook. I just thought I'd mentioned that since we've got all the, your million dogs barking in the background,

cause that's just, I remember to Holly, because you came to me first champ experience just a few months ago and you really had, I remember you put yourself in your, in the basement and you were on the group, zoom with us and you were starting. You started to like unlock this dream again. I think for the, I think you were thinking about it,

listening to the podcast, but doing that process, like you just taken the time to sit and dream and think how much of an impact do you think that's had? Well, it's been huge because first of all, he made me cry in front of everybody. You're welcome. But you know, it, you know, you had Renee spheres on and she kind of started with something else.

Cause I was even afraid to say what my actual dream was. And she just comes out with, are you a comedian? And I was like, what? And you know, I started getting to the conversation. She affirmed it and I started crying because I was like, shit, maybe this can happen. And that just blew me away, but made me so happy.

And that I think that brought the tears and I just, I'm so grateful for that. It's just, it's totally changed me. And then having the little planning and the, all the steps, a little nicknames. I love your little nicknames for all your little, Oh, like the wine wench and he's a B Well, You, you've made a lot of progress with that too.

And some of that inspiration spend from here on the podcast, right? Like slaying the wine winch and well maybe just, Yeah, it really made me dig deeper. And as time went on, I, I love to drink alcohol and it wasn't serving me anymore. Part of this podcast and this growth going through all this with you, I signed up for a program to,

to work on that. And I'm so happy I did because that's giving me more clarity, being better to my body, which means I have more energy to now take some kick-ass classes and, and light myself up. So I can my other people up. And I'm like, It was like, I'm like that too. I really found that eventually with the drinking,

for me, it was like, when I wasn't drinking, I was just, my sleigh ability was like on another level, you know? And when I was drinking, I mean, I'm still pretty great. Let's face it, you know? But like, you know, it just, I wasn't quite as shiny. And I was like, I want to be shiny.

You know, man, just so much, so much changes right into and starting to put your, put yourself first to where you're focused on you and not so much everyone around you. Right? Yeah. Because I had a bit, I have a big caregiver plug inside of me and you helped me with that too, you know? And I think you do that for a lot of us.

Some of us get into this routine where everybody and everything else comes first and then you might have some energy to take care of you. But a lot of the times I didn't still work in progress, but way better, way better than it was, you know? And we grew up, you know, in a family where the boys were kind of spoiled.

Anyway, it blows my mind still to this day, but it's, it's almost like the women would have to do everything. And the guys just kind of sat around and recliner, Right? Yeah. Drinking beer and watching football, cooking and cleaning. And why do you think something was wrong with that? You know, God, I grew up that way too.

It was just how it was, you know? And then our mom started going to work and trying to do it all. And it was like, My mom worked third shift, full time, came home, goddess practice got us out to school, made us lunch. We'd come home. She'd be cooking dinner, maybe slept a few hours for going home.

I'm like, how did, and then my dad, he would work his nine to five or whatever, but he wasn't helping with the clean and he wasn't doing the cooking. He was living the life over here. But yeah. Would you tell any Heartsing podcast listeners out there that might be tuning in or might be hesitant to chase that big dream and there's,

You know, why did we stop believing in the first place? It feels good to carry the dream out as opposed to stop dreaming your energy will shift. You'll feel lighter. You'll feel happier that will then bring you more ideas and more connections. And you'll start to see all this shit coming through and just do it, just do it. Let's let go of the fear.

You know, that was my biggest thing is, oh, it's a pipe dream. Maybe I can, maybe I can do it on the side or maybe it just won't happen. And Lala don't do that to yourself. You know, find that inner child pull her up from the, from the dead, wake her up. Isn't that true? I love that.

Why did we stop believing in the first place? Why did we, I don't know. It depends on how old you are, but we were just kind of taught to work hard, pay your bills and then you'll have a good life. Right? Suppose supposedly I just, I want out of that habit. I want my little kids come signing through and I want to share that with people because when I'm laughing and getting other people to laugh,

that's like the best feeling in the world. Thank you so much for sharing Holly. We can't wait to see you on that big stage someday or hear in your voice overs and you listeners out there. What is that big thing that lights you up or that little thing, that thing that you do, if you make people laugh or like, I like to help people believe and help them find meditation.

What is that? That gives you such joy when you bring it to other people there's magic in that. So let's see what that is for. Sunfire see if you can figure that out. She's up next. And we're going to wrap up this week's episode with this fantastic me first sister, Amy, AKA some, here we go. My name is AKA fund fire,

and I am a single mom of a 20 year old. I work in the corporate field. I am part of the sisterhood and my journey and a love and life. You transformed your life in the past couple of years since we've well, you and I had worked together previously, but like, since you started really doing the work that we do in this sisterhood,

what, what has changed for you? How are you looking at life a little differently? Oh my gosh, I am dreaming. Like there's no tomorrow. You know, when I became a mom and not that this is, you know, it wasn't a hard, horrible thing. Then I became a mom. It was actually a blessing, but I kind of stopped.

I stopped dreaming of for myself and I kinda gave up on myself, my dreams, because my focus was just on trying to be the best mom to the, you know, this little baby and you really lose hindsight. And it's kind of a, I don't know how you want to put it. It's not a good vision to put for your own kids because you know,

they weren't shooting every second and, you know, giving up on yourself and just focusing on other people around you. Isn't I feel like a good role model. So the biggest thing that has helped me since I've gotten in the sisterhood is that I started dreaming and I started putting me first and all mg. Can I just say, my life is exciting and fun and I'm trying new things and meeting new people and it's just been a whirlwind.

And what's wonderful is that I'm learning everything that I'm learning now and bringing it into my work life and it's changing my team incredibly. It's just amazing. What kind of, what kind of things are you doing now that you didn't do before I vision? I visit every day I do, I do two visions, two different visions a day. I do one vision of what kind of day I'm going to have at work.

And I also, I envision how my team is going to perform. I envision how much we're laughing and having such a good time. And then my other vision is for my personal life. And you know, right now my vision is I'm going to be a personal trainer and I'm going to be starting school here pretty soon to get my personal training certification.

And so that's, yeah, those are my two visions and I see them coming alive every day. Yeah. You re you've really put those into action for sure. You're already doing the things, you know, and it's, it's been really fun to watch you. And I know you're pretty religious about your meditation now that you're, you're, you're kind of like what how's that been on your journey?

Tell us about that a little bit. I don't think I would've started this running without my meditation's, to be honest with you, they are imperative. I mean, it's almost like eating or waking up and brushing your teeth in the morning. It's it's the first thing I do when I hop out of bed, it just starts my day. Like there's no,

tomorrow it is so imperative that I get a meditation in a day and it helps me with my patience level with my team, with my son, it's helped my relationship with my son. It, it makes me sleep better. It just makes me an overall good person, better person. So, And I remember when you first joined Amy and you were doing like the last 20 pounds,

or you had like, something like that, that, you know, you were, and that, that went pretty quickly for you. And then it was kind of like, you've always been kind of on a health quest or a health journey with like your vitamins and stuff like that. You were kind of already on that pathway that a lot of us with a lot of weight to lose are kind of get to,

to toward the end, you know, but how do you, how do you think your health journey has changed overall with the addition of kind of these, these spiritual practices? In addition to everything you were doing physically before The health journey is so different for everybody. And for me focusing on the number, wasn't good for me, it didn't work for me.

And so when I put my focus on under things of what I was going to to get to that number, that's what helped me get to that number. And so that, like I said, the meditation, the visioning, the dreaming, all that came into play with everything on my health journey. And then it just seemed like the pounds were coming off.

I will tell you that, you know, I w I've been at a bootcamp that I've been doing for several, several years, but, you know, I really was not, I was committed to doing like three times a week. Sometimes it was one time a week, but I will tell you once I became that meditator and, and that Visier,

I make almost five days a week, every day. And my movement is every day, no matter there's something like mother's paddleboarding or whether it's going to play volleyball, or maybe it's just going, running my dog, which my dogs get ran or walked every day, but it's some type of movement every day. And when you put that all in play,

it just happens for you. And that's what happened for me. Yeah. That's wonderful. It's so, so great to have you part of the sisterhood. And I know you had a couple of podcasts on, on this podcast you'd like to go back to, and they were kind of recent ones from what you said. Do you want to share a couple that you'd like to listen to again?

And, and why there were, you said there was the, the one minute that will change your life. Yeah, that one was really good for me. And it sparked me because, you know, I was having this issue at work with a couple team members and I just couldn't figure out how to actually motivate them or connect with them. And sure enough,

I went back and I'm like, you know what, I'm not doing my visioning. I'm not doing my visioning. And I went back and listened to that podcast and sure enough, as soon as I lift two, I'm like, oh, I'm not visioning. That's what my problem is. And I started doing that and man, it just clicked. I mean,

their performance has skyrocketed and we're connecting, we're having fun. And it's like, why do I got to learn this lesson and learn, you know, just do this for myself every day, because it's just so easy. It's one minute you guys who doesn't have one minute. And then the other one that just really touched my heart was the first one that you and Millie did and hearing Millie dreaming every day,

all the time. Oh my gosh. That just made my heart just, it warmed me. You know, I just love hearing people dreaming big and, and I mean, w why not? What's, what's it going to hurt? Yeah, For sure. I know it's like unlocking that inner child and I think our kids do, they just do that.

I was like that. I think a lot of us when we're kids, we're like, that is the point of it. Right. And then we stopped dreaming, talking to a lot of you guys on this podcast. That's been a big part of what I do and what the MEfirst process is, is getting us dreaming again. You know, we sh we sh,

like you said, like taking care of your son and, you know, kind of shutting your own dreams down for a while, and now it's like, life is exciting again. And, you know, let's, let's do this. Let's get fired up really great shares. Amy, thank you. And anything you want to tell the heart singers out there that are listening and maybe passive listening,

maybe they're doing some of the things. What, what would you say to them that might be sitting on the sidelines? So to speak Again, as Slayer always says, don't give up on your dreams, don't stop dreaming. And again, one minute, one minute division, and what's it going to hurt? And maybe it's something crazy and wild, but you know,

what, what I love about our sisterhood is that we are crazy and wild and we dream so big. And this is the area that we get to open up and people don't look at us or judge at us that we're weird about dreaming. So big, my question to you guys, to the heart singers is, you know, again, vision and dream bag and do it every day.

Well, you heard it right here from Sunfire vision, vision, vision, and dream big, and you can make it all come true and happen for you. And next week, we are going to hear from a Mo quite a few more sisters that all together have lost nearly 400 pounds, which is just amazing. And again, more dreams. We're going to talk about healing,

more meditation, weight loss, life coaching, no flour, no sugar commitment, top us yoga path, all kinds of fun topics. Next week, as we talk to more of the witches and bitches of the Heartsing podcast and the me for sisterhood. Again, I can't thank you all enough for listening. Share this with a friend out there that might just need a little Heartsing or encouragement to dream big and step out of the mundane step out of apathy and start living.

Start dreaming, start becoming who you were meant to be, and find that magic inside until next week. My witches in bitches flare out
