When Paul was on the ship in Acts 27 it was one of the worst hurricanes ever. It says that they didn't see sun or moon for days and for all that time they were in that hurricane. If Paul ever needed a miracle he and the men on that ship definitely needed one then. However, God sent the angel to Paul to give him a word not to lend him a hand. During our storms it’s not always the will of our Father for others to help us out. He won’t always send us a miracle. Sometimes we just have to ride it through by our faith and trust in Him. That's what will bring about the miracle and show us His glory. It’s a lot harder to stand on His word as opposed to receiving the help we want at the time we think need it.
