Every time February comes around; I brace myself. I tell myself it won't affect me as much as last year. That the grey, cold, and groundhog day effect won't get me. Yet, even with the mild weather February has brought this year, I am faced with the same feeling as all the years before. Low energy, exhaustion, the moods (oh, the moods). I feel like a sloth at the base of a mountain I have yet to climb...
And I figure if this is how I feel, you might feel it too!
So, listen in as I share some of the simple ways I plan to crack the code this month - to make it as productive, manageable and enjoyable as possible!
