Episode 27
#27 - In this episode I introduce you to one of my favourite primary school teachers who taught me many years ago. Fast forward to a time when I was a first year out teacher, I got the opportunity to teach alongside my idol teacher, Mon. Mon is one of those people who you can't see doing anything else other than teaching. She is naturally gifted and just loves her job! She has been teaching at the same small school for many years. Currently the school has 38 enrolments. We discuss the pros and cons of teaching in a small school and the characteristics which make small schools unique.
