WOMAN TF UP
This ain't ya mama's self- help. WOMAN TF UP is for the women who've been through it, cussed a little, cried a lot, and still showed up soft and savage.
Hosted by Shackysha Renée, this podcast dives deep into what it really means to evolve beyond the filters, the titles, and the "strong woman" act. From shaking off limiting beliefs to calling out the superwoman complex.
We're talking raw truths, real stories, and the power in becoming who you already are. It's time to embrace your superpower...one unapologetic episode at a time.

Kiss my Black Bottom
Black women are always at the forefront of everyone’s cause and initiatives and too often no one is there to fight and protect us. I believe Malcom X said, "The most disrespected person in America is the black woman. The most unprotected person in America is the black woman. The most neglected person in America is the Black woman."
On this week’s episode we review the documentary, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and identify the subtle strengths of the Black woman that continue to make impactful change from generation to generation.
So if you are interested in joining the conversation, then tune in! Be sure to leave comments, I love to read them!
