Psalms 34:8 “oh taste and see that the Lord is good .  Blessed is the man who trusts in Him.  

 Taste and see, see what?   “That the Lord is good.”  
Trust is another word for Faith
YOU need to experience HIS GOODNESS

Ps 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.  2 My soul shall make its boast in the Lord (testify of God’s goodness); The humble shall hear of it and be glad. 3 Oh, magnify the Lord with me (brag on God.  EG – Sturgis small club mocking us for prayer and praise every morning.  A storm – destroyed their camp, van.  Not even a tent was blown over, And let us exalt His name together.  Why? “He delivered me from all my fears.”  4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from (some of) all my fears. If ALL fears are gone, how many are left? No fear, phobias.  Fearful = full of fear in an area. 

5 They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, and said I’m sorry but it is my will for you to be poor.  So, just bear it like a man.  And saved him out of all his troubles.

7 The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them. 

8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! 9 Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want lack to those who fear Him.  10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. 

 Ps 37:3-4 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. 

Ps 35:27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, "Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant." 

 Ps 27:13 I would have lost heart unless I had believed (waited) that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

• ALWAYS STAY ON GODS SIDE
• God is a God of mercy and compassion.  
• Sent Jesus to the cross  … for our GOOD
• Mercy and compassion are the same Greek words and can be interchanged.
•  The blind men asked for mercy
• Do you know why people don’t believe in healing?  They don’t know the goodness of God.  

 YOU MUST FIGHT

o   A giant in your life means opportunity

·        Vs 40 – David was ready to re-load.  Southern boy.  Cut one, we all bleed

Phil 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
