There's something kind of off about Jerry's neighbor Bill. Just like everything else in his life, Bill, seems normal enough. He's kind, helpful and keeps mostly to himself, but there's a disturbing subtext in his jokes, a hidden meaning in his smiles. Maybe it's all in his head, yet Jerry needs to figure out just what Bill might know and what, if anything, he has to do with Station Zero?
