Shaul (Paul) said that the Old Testament scriptures were his standard for life. Acts 24:14 says, "I worship the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets." He believed in the Law! This was an account from his later years as a believer in Yeshua, perhaps in the later 50s AD. He always believed in the law and he does not mean that the law is done away with in his teachings.
Shaul made certain that others knew that he kept and taught the law. Acts 21:23-24 NKJV says, "We have four men who have taken a vow. Take them and be purified with them, and pay their expenses so that they may shave their heads, and that all may know that those things of which they were informed concerning you are nothing, but that you yourself also walk orderly and keep the law."
