Some Basic Beliefs

Of course we can stop sinning and repent, and God will forgive us. Psalms 103:12-13 NKJV says, "As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, so the LORD pities those who fear Him." It says that God will forgive those who have a deep respect for Him (fear Him). That is something all of us need to work on. That will help to keep us following God the way we should. 

We need to have endurance and keep God's commandments. God's will is written in the Bible, namely it is what God wants us to do and what He wants for us. It is God's will that we keep His good commandments and also receive His good Messianic gift of the Holy Spirit. Hebrews 10:36 NKJV says, "For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise."  You will not be in God's future kingdom if you are not committed to keeping God's commandments. Galatians 5:21 NKJV says, "Just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."
