God’s ways give us peace and protection. You cannot feel more protected than being healed and helped in life by an almighty God who cares about us. Rabbi Shaul said in Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” I pray every day. It is important to cast your cares on God and seek His help. 1 Peter 5:7-8 NKJV says, "Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." The Bible says there is a devil, and we need to stand strong and do what is right. Do not give into wrong thinking whether it is from our own thinking, from society, or from the devil. 

Remember, we are in a spiritual battle, and we need to stand up and fight spiritually so we do what is right and good. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 NKJV says, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God." Stay true to God's commandments and to biblical truth and do not accept the false ideals and religions of the world. 

Pray every day for all things. Rabbi Shaul also said in Ephesians 6:18 NKJV, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.” Live like God tells you to live and pray like you believe in and trust in God. We are also to pray for others and to ask for blessings and help from our good and merciful God.
Finally, Psalms 1:1-3 NKJV says,
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.
