07 Divine Healing Class - Part 1

A couple of months after my friend Dave came back from doing ministry in India, he told me that he prayed for a blind man and all this stuff began oozing out of the man’s eyes and the blind man was healed instantly. My friend Larry prayed for a teenage boy in Russia whose one leg was shorter than the other. He put his hand on the boy’s leg and while he had his hand on the boy’s leg, the leg grew to the same length as the other leg. Larry is a medical professional! My friend Harold prayed for a young man with the same problem (one leg was shorter than the other) and God healed the young man instantly. Only God can do that. 

The Bible says that God is the creator; can there be anything too difficult for Him? Adam talked with God, Noah talked with God, Abraham talked with God, and Moses talked with God. I’ve heard people say that God no longer speaks to us and no longer heals – don’t they respect God? Is God anything less now than He was in the Old Testament portion? Malachi 3:6 CJB says, "I, ADONAI, do not change." It says in James 1:17 CJB, "Every good act of giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father who made the heavenly lights; with him there is neither variation nor darkness caused by turning." God was good, is good, and is still good, and He hasn’t changed. The things He did in the Old Testament portion He can still do now, and greater things Yeshua said. John 14:12 CJB says, "Yes, indeed! I tell you that whoever trusts in me will also do the works I do! Indeed, he will do greater ones, because I am going to the Father." The Bible says that Yeshua will not change. Hebrews 13:8 CJB says, "Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today and forever."
