Kerry Bentley - DBC Training

Kerry is the owner and founder of DBC Training based in the East Midlands. Kerry started out her life as an apprentice and she shares her story of how she took the risk in taking out a bank loan and started her journey off with DBC Training. DBC have done some phonemail things across their time including many awards. 

In Kerry's bio she states: I was delighted that my business, DBC Training, was nominated for the AAC Business Administration Provider of the Year Award in 2018. 

I was immensely proud of the achievement and national recognition we received for the impact we have delivered through apprenticeships. 

I couldn’t have got to where I am today without building a solid foundation as an apprentice myself, and I am passionate about supporting the next generation of talent on their career journey. 

The fact we won in 2018 and again in 2020 was the icing on the cake!

It was also an honour to have two of DBC’s apprentices join me and share our success at the awards ceremony in 2020.
