🙏 Prayer
Lord, in Your Scriptures You say that we are blessed in our coming and going. The reason we are blessed in our coming and going is because we come and go with You, that You would never leave us or forsake us as You promised.

You have died for us because You so loved us. And I pray that each and every one listening to this or that will listen to this, or this has been shared to someone outside of those who came to listen, would truly be transformed—not by what I said, but by what You said to their hearts, to their minds, to their souls, and to their spirits.

Allow the transformation to take place fully and continually be renewed daily.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

— Introduction to Hearing God's Voice

SPEAKER_00

Well, welcome to Hearing God's Voice and a deep dive teaching that will give you and I the ability to really reset our life through resetting our minds and our hearts. That's the teaching. And that's been kind of the most important level of what we've been sharing is really what does the Word of God say about the thoughts we think. We started earlier this year with a retreat. And the retreat was a blessing for me. I believe from all the comments I heard, it was a blessing for a lot of other people. Amazing though, there's a statistic. This is not the kind of statistic I like to give you, that only 8% of the people, not the people that born in Mark Creek, retreat, but from Google's research, it says only 8% are successful in achieving their New Year's resolutions. 92% fail. Wow, that is amazing.

— Biblical Principles for Goal Setting

SPEAKER_00

Where do you find yourself? You find yourself in the 8% or the 92%? Well, there are some principles, biblical principles, and those are statistics for everyday goal setting and everyday year's resolutions. But I'm talking about what we shared about in our retreat of truly a transformed life, a life that really is lined up to true north. True north is what Philippians chapter 3, verse 12 through 14 says. And this is Paul saying, although I have not accomplished all of this that I set out to accomplish, not that I have achieved the goals that I had planned to achieve as of yet. One thing I do. When somebody puts a one thing in front of the next words that they're going to speak, you want to listen closely. One thing I do is I forget what's behind me, and I strive towards the goal set before me. Let those words resonate just for a moment in your mind and your heart. I forget what's behind me, and I strive towards the goal set before me. So many people, like you and I, make the plans, make the goals, make the dreams and direction of our lives with our minds, with our hopes and our hearts and desires and all the things that are wrapped up in the human nature. But hear what Paul said. Hear what he says. I forget what's behind me, and I strive towards the goal that has been set before me. That's why the Proverbs says, a man or woman go and do their plans, and they think from their heart that it's right. But God, when you sit with God, Proverbs 16 says, He will guide your footsteps, he will guide your thoughts, he will guide your desires, he will open doors no man can open. He, through the Holy Spirit living within us, can truly create a transformed life, headed, striving towards the goal. The goal. And the one goal, first and foremost, to build all of the other goals and all of the other roles of our life, all of the other desires, need to be built on the foundation of the rock, which is the one goal, which is what Paul was talking about in Philippians 3, 12 through 14. To come become

— Transforming Thoughts and Mindset

SPEAKER_00

Christ-like, to come to know Christ intimately, to know the plans that God has in calling upon your life and the will of God. And that's what we're going to talk about today. We're going to talk in deep levels of the scripture, but simple enough that you can attain it, simple enough that you can understand it. And not so much, not so many things, but one thing. The thoughts that we think, the thoughts and the feelings and the emotions that process and drive our life. And we're going to share with you, I'm going to share with you where the scripture really defines, clarifies, and gives us the instructions how to take captive every thought under Christ Jesus. Now I'm just giving you kind of just a prephase of what today's lesson is going to be. So understand that the reality of resetting your mind, you then will reset your life. It's kind of an autopilot after that point because you're depending on the Holy Spirit, you're depending on the thoughts of God that we'll talk about. Each and everything that I'm talking about with you comes from the basis of truly setting your first and foremost and highest level foundation of goal and role and purpose and mission of your life. If you heard in all kinds of different courses and things that you've taken, from the Steve Coveys to the Matt Hyattes to whoever you've you've studied, represent when they're teaching about goals, priority. Let me take you to a little parable. Jesus taught this parable that was about the wise builder. And he it was such an important lesson that he, when asked by his disciples, what's that all about? He really dialogued with them, he really broke it down for them, he really educated them in what he was saying. He said, A wise man that puts my words, puts my priorities, puts my thoughts, underline that, puts my thoughts into work in his life or her life, is like a wise builder who builds his house, his building, his life, his marriage, his career. It's like building upon the rock. But he also says, for those that do not take these words of mind, these thoughts of mind, these directions of mine, is like a foolish builder who builds on sand. And that sand, when the storm comes, in both cases, when that storm comes, and the wind and the torrent and the waves hit those two examples in this parable of Jesus. The one stands and the other crashes. What does that mean? Because we build our life on the wrong things. You must have had this happen somewhere in your life, on the wrong uh decision, the wrong attitude, the wrong intent, the wrong way, the wrong direction. When things got shaky, it probably fell apart, whether it was a marriage, whether it was a career, whether it was just a simple project. But when you have built your life on something God has promised, and you continue to maintain your focus, can maintain, as Paul says, striving towards the goal, then you find so quickly how no matter what hits you, no matter what circumstances take place, you're still standing firm after the storm settles, just like God promised.

— The Power of Scripture and Transformation

SPEAKER_00

So, Jeff, how does that have anything to do with me? So let's get into it. I'm gonna read you out of the Bible app. If you don't have your Bible app, uh you really want to have your Bible app. Uh, it's a free app, it's uh called the U Version, and it uh has every Bible translation you could want. It has planners, it has daily devotionals, it has videos, it has I mean, it's just packed. And it's free. It's free. It's been put out by Life Church. I want to read you out of the uh an amplified version. I want to read you Romans chapter 12, verse 2, and do not be conformed to this world any longer with its superficial values and customs. It says, but be transformed, which is a power of God, not a power of our ability to manipulate or uh work out in our own strength and our abilities, transformed and progressively changed. I want to touch on that today, progressively changed. So you transformed, let's say when you're born again, you ex Christ in your life, you've been transformed from you know not living eternal life with God, not being separated any longer from God, but being one with God, having God live within you through the Holy Spirit. But it says, and progressively changed as you mature spiritually by the renewing of your mind, focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes, so that you may prove you for yourself what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect in His plan and purpose for you. Now, if you haven't read that scripture, if you haven't shared that scripture uh in your notes, you need to get into that scripture because that's what the basis of what I'm gonna be sharing with you is for. So let's let's get into it. Transformation is not something that you can, like the caterpillar cannot transform himself. He can go buy some wings at the wing store, and he can jump off a you know a cliff and try to flap his wings, but he's not gonna fly, he's gonna go down. That's the human effort, that's the you know, do it yourself, that's the you know, self-help programs, that's the manipulation, the manipulation of transformation. It's kind of an imitation of it. Transformation for the caterpillar that turns into the butterfly, which is the metamorphosis, is when the caterpillar completely surrenders over to an unseen, an unseen power, faith, believing what you do not see, certain of what you hope for, Hebrews 11:1. He is transformed. But now, once he's been transformed physically and in just every bit of his metabolism, he needs to break out of his cocoon, and he needs to begin to use the tools, like the wings that now God has put on him the way transformation of God does. He gives him the ability to fly, he gives him the ability to be a butterfly, but he needs to continually, continually put into action that which has taken place in that miracle transformation. Okay,

— Understanding the Battle of the Mind

SPEAKER_00

so how does that have anything to do with you? Listen to this. Every day, you and I have 60 to 80,000 thoughts per day. Write that down. Every day, you and I, science, neuroscience, science says that we have 60 to 80,000 per day thoughts. That means 25 to 3,300 per hour. Holy mackerel! Those are thoughts that are flying through your head, going through the process of your mind. And and what do you do with that? How many of you have fewer? Raise your hand. Tell me, have you felt all those thoughts? Overwhelming fear, anxiety, doubt, hope, broken wishes, all those thoughts that are running through your mind. Have you felt that? The reality is that's happening all day long, whether you're sleeping, whether you're awake, whether you're at work, whatever you're at. How do you take captive those thoughts? That is today's prize and today's teaching. There's a battle that goes on, and the battle is in the mind. You know, there have been so many, so many teachings, and I want to show you some of the books that have been out for years and years and years now. I'm sure that some of you are familiar with the Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Myers, a new book called Winning the War of the Mind by Craig Gross Shell that I talked to you about. And way back when, at the turn of the century, as a man think it, and I could go on and on because I have a library full of it. And now, even with the ability for Christian neuroscientist Caroline Um Leaf, is showing that these thoughts, these neuropathways are controlling your life. They're taking your life and controlling your life. If you have had a trauma in your life and you have let it get into a thought process, and it becomes with all the tentacles and all the feelings and all the emotions that those thoughts create, they become toxins, they overcome you, and you have now been overcome by anger, by overwhelmingness, by stress. By the way, stress is worry on steroids, just in case you didn't know that. And so all these things happen to you, and you're just you're fighting it. What do you do? You try to manipulate. You may take some kind of uh uh tranquilizer, you might take some kind of alcohol, you might take some kind of vacation, you might try to do all these things to bring some kind of sense to this craziness that 80,000 thoughts that are pounding you from the past, from the present, from the fear of the future? What

— Taking Captive Every Thought

SPEAKER_00

happened to transformation? What happened to transformation? Well, let's take it step by step. If this is true that we have 60 to 80,000 thoughts a day, and these thoughts, the majority of them, so often are negative, how do we get to the place where Philippians chapter 4, verse 8 says, think upon these things that are pleasing, lovely, good, beautiful. How do we get to that place? I'm gonna share with you from the scriptures. When we're dealing with reset, and our mind gets to be like this, it seems to be impossible. It seems like when you just get just all worked up and overwhelmed, and and and you and you're you're praying as hard as you can, and you're working as hard as you can, especially in your spiritual journey, and you're not getting results. What's happening? Have you asked yourself that? Well, the scripture has that answer. The scripture in John 10 10 says the enemy, our enemy, is doing one single strategy robbing, killing, and destroying the thoughts of God. Robbing, killing, destroying. Thoughts of God, that's what he's there. He started in Genesis chapter 3, where everything was wonderful. Adam and Eve were made in their likeness and creation of God. They had everything they could ever ask or want, they even had purpose and they had the direction of God, and they had the fellowship and friendship with God. And as they began to slightly separate, slightly be away from God's thoughts, God's voice, the enemy slipped in and began to say to Eve, Did God really say that? Did God really say you can't eat of this tree? And what a wonderful statement Eve says next. She says, Yes, God said this. But because he is absolutely raging mad because he knows he's already lost the game, he continued to antagonize her. He continued to tempt her, he continued to interject thoughts. Oh God, who knows if you eat that, you're gonna be like him. Wait a minute. Just before the chapter one said that he made them in his image and likeness, and they were very good. They were better than anything he had created, and they fell into the temptation of the thoughts of the enemy, and no longer the thoughts of God. You see, the thoughts of God are the only thing that can transform us. And I'm gonna continue to go back to that statement.

— The Role of the Holy Spirit

SPEAKER_00

The only thing that can transform us is not another trick or method or you know manipulation. It is the thoughts of God taking captive the other thoughts unto God's thoughts that will transform us continually as we have been transformed. Now, let me take you one additional step now. God said in Isaiah 55, verse 6 through 13, My thoughts are much higher than your thoughts. My ways are much better than your ways. Think my thoughts. But see, the problem in the Old Testament is the Holy Spirit wasn't there. The Holy Spirit had visitations, but it wasn't dwelling within them. Now we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, and its purpose, John 14, verse 20, 14, verse 26, it says that the Holy Spirit's been given to us as a helper, as an advocate, to continue to remind us, instruct us, encourage us, correct us, and continue to keep us on the true north by taking captive every thought.

— Practical Steps to Renewing the Mind

SPEAKER_00

2 Corinthians chapter 10, verse 3 through 6. Take captive every thought. W W C D. What would Christ do? When you're thinking about doing something, do you ask, Holy Spirit, what would you do? Christ, what would you do in this case scenario? You say, Well, Jeff, I don't I don't hear it in God's voice. Uh, you know, I just don't hear it. Well, then go into a scripture and put in your your Bible app in whatever you're asking, put it in, just like you'd be searching Google, just like you'd be searching Searchy, just like you'd be searching anything that you would be searching. Search engine optimization today is an easy way to find out what would Christ do. Then, as you start to get those thoughts that are not really the thoughts of God, they become angry and frustrated and fear and worry, then WWCT. What would Christ think? So give an example. Let's say that you're worried. You're just worried, you're worried about the kids, you're worried about the finances, you're worried about the government, you're worried about, you're worried about, you're worried about. First of all, I tell you to turn off the news, but that's just a side commentary. The reality of that is this that you need to find out the thoughts of God. So you're worried and you look up worry. So you put worry in your search, and all of a sudden you five or six different scriptures talk about worry, but one just jumps out at you because God's annunciifying his voice to you through that scripture, and it says, Do not worry. I take care of the birds of the air that are worth pennies. I take care of the flowers that no one has ever even seen before they fall. How much more would I not take care of you? For I know each and every hair on your head that created you. What does that do to worry? It completely takes it captive and it crushes it. And what's left? The scripture says. So suddenly you're taking that confusion, that overwhelmingness, and you're renewing your mind. You're renewing your mind to the original transformation that Christ did in your born-again experience, and he continues to manifest it in your spiritual growth, as Romans 12 verse 2 says in the Amplified Version. As we go to reset, there's a Proverb, Proverbs 23, verse 7. And Proverbs 23, verse 7, especially in the New King James, which is probably the clearest for you to read, says, as a man or woman thinks within themselves, as a man or woman thinks within themselves, so their life goes. So they are. You know, positive or negative. When God's directing it, it's a positive. When the world is conforming it, as Romans 12, 2 talks about in the earlier part of that verse, the world is conforming it, or maybe the devil's playing with it, or maybe the ego inside of us is playing with it, all of a sudden it's out of control. But you have the Holy Spirit. And that's why I'm talking about reset. Because when you try to take and reset your own life, reset your own mind, try to think the right thoughts. It's like the old saying don't think about a pink elephant. And what is the first thing that your mind goes to? You think about a pink elephant, you see it in your mind. But taking captive every thought is not possible by the human being. It is only possible through the spiritual being. And see, you're both. You're a human being, born of woman, flesh and blood, all the five senses, but you within yourself are a spiritual being, one with Christ, Christ living within you, the Holy Spirit actively speaking to you. With that, how do I reset my life? Well, it's not that hard, but it's kind of you got to know where the origin is at. The origin is in the heart, as the Bible talks about in Proverbs chapter 4, verse 20 through 27. In your heart. It's why it says in Proverbs 4, guard your heart, guard your heart, for it's the wellspring of life, life abundant, the best life ever. Your heart, the spiritual being in the center, not your heart pumping blood, but your senses, the spiritual senses within you, the place that dwells within you that has Christ living, the Holy Spirit living and active in you. That's really real, cannot see. That's what faith is, believe in what you do not see, but your hope is anchored, anchored, as it says in Hebrews, anchored in the relationship of what he has said. And what he said is true. Now let me give you another couple examples. There was a woman for 12 years had a bleeding and illness. She spent all her money to be able to be healed, doctors and everything else. I don't know what things that she tried, and she tried everything though, and she went broke. Jesus was coming through town, and she'd heard that this man, this man could heal. This man was healing. This man was son of God, many were saying. She jeopardized her person to be thrown into in prison because she was bleeding and she was not allowed to be in public. 12 years of failure, 12 years of disappointment, 12 years of pain, 12 years of issues. Forget what's behind me and strive towards the goal that sets itself before me. And she did just that, just what Paul described. And she touched him and she was healed. And what did Jesus say? First of all, he said, Who touched me? Which kind of flipped out his 12 disciples. But when he looked at her, he said, Woman, your faith, believing in what you do not see, certain of what you hope for, what you thought has healed you. The reality of that sentence goes back to the other miracle in Mark, where Jesus heals the blind man. He says, Your faith has healed you. You're

— Five Keys to Capturing Thoughts

SPEAKER_00

believing in what you do not see certain of what you hope for. Okay, how do you wrap this around an everyday life application for you? It's pretty simple. Take captive every thought. Second Corinthians chapter 10, verse 3 through 6, take captive every thought. But how, Jeff? Well, how is the best question you can ask? How? Zechariah 4, 6, not by your strength. Stop trying on your own efforts, your own abilities, your own manipulations. Stop! I've got five keys. Five keys that will help you begin to take captive your thoughts unto Christ Jesus. Take captive your thoughts in the spiritual realm that will affect and alter your human realm. Where there's worry, there will be peace. Where there's stress, there will be calm. Where there's anger, there will be comfort. All of those transformations that can take place within the mind of Christ, because it says from the fullness of the heart, the mouth shall speak. From the fullness of the heart, that's the processing of the mind. Well, here is five keys. Five keys we're going to talk about is the representation of what you and I need to do on an ongoing, everyday basis, on an hourly basis sometimes, on a on a on a many times more than you can imagine. Now, I've I've shared this with so many before. I've shared this for over four decades. It never gets home because it is the biblical principle. What even Jesus did as the human Jesus, although all human, all God, he used while he lived on this earth. Here's the first one. You need to stop, be still, and know that I'm God. Psalms 46, 10. No matter what you're doing, no matter where you're at, when these thoughts, when anger, frustration, fear, uh, defeat, inadequacy, intimate, you know, intimidation, when all those things begin to process the 60 to 80,000 thoughts we've been talking about, stop. Stop. Even if you're in the middle of a conversation, stop your thoughts. Stop everything. And I have sometimes had to leave an encounter and go into the bathroom or go do something, someplace in a closet or something to stop, really to just stop and remind myself to be still and know that God is within me. These wild, crazy, you know, you know, thoughts do not have control over me. As Jesus said, they have no place in me. Did they attack him? Well, yes, they did. In Matthew chapter 3, verse 17, a voice from heaven. I wish that was how it happens all the time, and it's not, it's seldom, but it can. But God's voice came from the clouds from heaven and said, This is my son who I love and I'm more pleased with. This, remember that. This is my son who I love and I'm more pleased with. And then the Holy Spirit took that Jesus into the desert. And who shows up after 40 days of sabasting? The devil. Just like in the Gethsemane Garden, the devil. What was he there for? To rob, kill, and destroy the words and the thoughts of God. What did God say to him? Follow me now. This is my son, who I love and I'm well pleased with. What does the devil do? He tries first by saying, if you are the son of God, then turn these rocks into bread because you're hungry. He took captive that thought. He took captive his physical hungers, he took captive those feelings and emotions of doubt that he might not be the son of God. He took captive those thoughts and he spoke the words of God against the enemy. The enemy that doesn't quit, as I said to you after the first temptation. He comes again. And he now tempts him again, saying, If you're the son of God, and again Jesus takes captive those thoughts and he spits back at him the scriptures, what God says. A third time he comes at him, again, and what does Jesus do? He takes captive the thought and puts in its place what God says. Then the angels, it says, came and ministered to Jesus, just like Gethsemane, where after he fought the battle of not my will but thy will be done, the angels came and refreshed him, as you will sense when you put God's voice, God's words, God's presence, God's power into play in your life. So you have to stop. That's number one. You have to listen first to what's going on. Jesus listened to the devil what he was saying. He was able then to divide it and separate it, as the scripture says it's supposed to do. The word of God is to separate and divide and clarify thoughts and the attitudes. And then he brought forth the process of the word and what God would say. What would what does Christ think? Remember? Then change takes place. Then change takes place because you have free will. Your free will is processing those thoughts that you can think negative and and egotistical and self-righteous, and all these thoughts. Worry, fear, anxiety, anger, kill them, and whatever you want to think. Or the free will can think Philippians 4.8 upon these things that God says. These things that are beautiful and pleasing and perfect, the things of God. Well God said, My thoughts are higher than your thoughts. My ways are better than your ways. Think upon my thoughts, walk in my ways. The fourth one is to obey it. That's where faith kicks in. Obey it. Obey it means, okay, I still feel the worry uh vibrations, but I'm gonna be walking and saying over and over again. I cast my cares upon the Lord. I feel strong in the Lord and walk by faith. One of the things that I do, and is a is a recommendation, I have a recording button. It's a free app, it's a recording, and I will, when I'm strong and I'm in my prayer time, I will record words of affirmations. I am more than a conqueror. Very personal. You're taking the scriptures and what God says. I am a child of God, who God loves and is well pleased. Remember that? Out of Matthew chapter 3, verse 17. And I'll put those in there so that when I begin to become weak, I hit it. I might not have my Bible right next to me. I may not be able to find that or have the time to get the scripture, but I can always hit an audio and bring forth that voice of God that I've spoken in the recording to remind, refresh, renew, and transform my thoughts. Does that make sense to you? If it makes sense to you, let me know that it makes sense to you. Just give me a it make it make sense uh in the commentary below. This is not a hard lesson, it's simple, just like teaching the teachings of the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus, but it's hard to grasp because it goes against all the grain of the world. It goes against all the grain of even religiosity, it goes against all the grain of everything that has been processed. And now if you throw into your life the traumas and the and the tidal waves and the circumstances that you have in the past had or are having right now or fear of having in the future, you're a mess. As the kids say, you're just an absolute wreck. But no matter how big a wreck, no matter a mess, no matter how bad you've made your life and processing too many bad thoughts, forget

what's behind you and strive with all your heart, with all your might, with all your strength, the goal set before you to become Christ-like, to find out what it's like to be intimate with Christ, to find out how to communicate in dialogue with Christ, to find out what he says about everything in your life, including the plan for your life. And that's the gift that when Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead, and the curtain in the temple was ripped apart, the opening, the opening of the doors to commune with God, who will open forever for those that choose to come into relationship with him. Wow. Wow. I mean, I get excited about eternal life, but you're living eternal life right now. If you are in communion with God, if you're taking this physical carcass, this body that is getting older, it's gonna die and it's gonna turn into dust. If you're living inside the in the spiritual realm and you're at peace and you're at joy, and the joy is the strength of you what you have, and you have the ability to really dialogue with God to make decisions on what career do I go into? What what what do I make for dinner tonight? When you have that kind of intimacy of communication with God, then the fifth key that I share with you, the fifth key is to trust in the Lord and lead not on your own understanding. Trust in the Lord and lead not on your understanding. So it's stop, listen, change, obey, and trust. How often are you do you do that, Jeffrey? Unceasingly. Because the Bible says to pray unceasingly, and to be able to break through to into prayer, I'm talking about really into prayer instead of just words, you need to be in the spirit. You have to break out of the human mindset, the five senses, and into your spiritual being, your spiritual consciousness. When you get there, now the transformation and the continual transformation continues to become the thing that God is doing.

You start to realize what he's doing in your life. You start to realize what he's doing, and you stop manipulating with all of the you know the tricks and the methods and the things that this world teaches to be happy, to be peaceful, to be successful, to be joyful, to be content. There's a lot of tricks, there's a lot of courses, there's a lot of ways and books and everything else to tell you how to do that. But there's one book and one teacher that teaches it for real. Teaches it that really has the power to have it applied and manifested in your life. Let me just review because again, I promised that this would stay within an hour period of time. I'd love to just continue forever, and maybe we will for eternity. But in turn, there's a there's a final scripture that I wanted to read to you that is so important that you don't walk away from today and not truly have this scripture as a working scripture for your life. Proverbs chapter 4. And I'm gonna again, I'm gonna read it out of the amplified version uh for those of you that may or may not realize that there's many types of translations, many great translations, the amplified just amplifies it, it pulls it with the Greek words or the Hebrew words and gives you the ability to understand a little bit more depth of what the scriptures are there saying. And I want you to go to verse 20. So that's Proverbs chapter 4, verse 20. Transformation takes place, Romans chapter 12, verse 2. It takes place by God's power, by God's strength. It all starts with salvation, it all starts with you being born again, it all starts with you accepting Christ and his payment on the cross and his resurrection and being the Son of God. That in Romans 10 says, is what you confess, and you are born again, you are saved, you are a child of God. From that point, there, as we read in the Amplified Version of Romans 12, 2, there's a continuation of transformation that continues on to continue to create you more Christ-like, day by day, step by step, in the real world that you're in, but you're not of. You follow me? Then what? Then we get pounded, we get hit, we get punched, we get weather stormed, we get, you know, earthquakes, we get whatever, we get pandemics, we get financials, we get we sunshine, we got sunrises and sunsets, we got all these things that life brings, and the outside, the outside, the human being part of it, you know, lives in that world. But what lives within you, what lives within you and I, the spiritual conscious being within you, is the Holy Spirit, which is Christ Jesus, which is God Himself, all wrapped up inside you. So you have the whole package, you have the whole package, but how much do we tap into it? You know, they say that Einstein used 10% of his brain, he and he's considered a genius of all times. Well, how much percentage do we use of our spiritual being, the Holy Spirit? How much do we use of this gift that He's given to us? I'm saying that we just need to do a little bit more, a little bit more each and every day, just a little bit more, a little bit deeper, a little bit more, a little bit wider, a little bit longer, a little bit higher, as it Paul prays for us to come to this understanding and knowledge through his prayer of Ephesians chapter 3, verse 14 through 21. That God will widen and deepen, God would widen and deepen and heighten and lengthen the knowledge, the revealed knowledge of the power of God, the love of God, the manifestation of God that lives inside you. I know this might just sound like words at the moment. I hope it doesn't, but it might sound like words. Then

ask the Holy Spirit to truly magnify God's voice for you to hear for your personal life, not for Jeff's, not for Janet's, not for Judah's, not for Deborah's, not for you know any of any other person. You let that speak to you. And where do you go to get that? Out of his word, in his word, in his scriptures, but not just reading it as a as a literary work, but looking into it as you and I go into Google to search or YouTube to search, or any other search engine that we're going through to find that answer, find a how-to, to find a direction, to find what we need to make a decision, to take it, make our thoughts flow, and that's what the scriptures have when you start to use it. So remember, I gave you some tips before I read this. I gave you some tips, an audio recording in a personal affirmation of when you get a scripture in your journaling in the morning that really moves you. It's called the word power in my in my workshop of learning how to journal and hear God's voice, the word power throughout the day. And if you don't have that, then write it down. Write it down on a post-it, write it down. I use all the methods that I can use because I want absolutely to silence the world and magnify the voice of God within me. Because that's what brings you into eternity today, not someday after you go into the grave and raise from the dead. We can live today when we're in our spiritual consciousness in eternity, where there is no tears, there is no worry, there is no fears, there's peace and joy and worship unto the Lord, there's union and communion with God Himself. Today, yes, you can wait until you die, because you got it guaranteed. Your soul has been put under positive, the scripture says. Goodbye today. Now, will there be battles? That's what we're talking about today. There's a battle to keep you from living the best life ever, the living the abundant life, the living in the spiritual consciousness and the kingdom of God. Now, he says, the kingdom of God has come. Now, he says, Jesus said. So, like your brain, if you're only using so much percentage, less than 10%, don't only use less than 10% of your spiritual consciousness, your spiritual mind, the mind of Christ. Use as much as you can get. And that's why Paul said, Oh Lord, I pray widen and deep and heightened like that. Jesus prayed in John 17, not only for his disciples, but for us right now. Look at it, John 17. He prays that we become one with him, that we would know his glory, we would know the relationship of intimacy with being one with God, not being intimidated by it, but being intimate with it. And so when you bring your problems or you bring your circumstances, you bring your decisions that need to be made, or you bring your joys and your victories to the Lord, you're like speaking with your best friend, like speaking to a lover, you're speaking to absolutely the most precious relationship you can ever manifest or perceive in your mind. That's the best life ever. And it can be now and getting better every day as you're continually being renewed. Well, you can wait. You can wait until you get to be in heaven for eternal life. But the kingdom of God has come now. But in this world, while we're in this world, we need to battle, and the battle is what it talks about in three places. John 10 10, Ephesians 6 10 through 20, and then 2 Corinthians 3 through 6. Let me say those again. John 10 10, the Ephesians chapter 6, verse 10 through 20, and 2 Corinthians 10, 3 through 6. The battle is not a flesh and blood. The battle is not in the realm of trying to be self-made or made better. It is the battle in the mind for the two minds that you have, the two minds you have. And I've taught on that. If you haven't seen that, go to my YouTube. Look into them the two minds that we have. The mind that is the human mind and the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2.16. The mind of Christ. That's the battle. The battle is not necessarily in the mind, it's for the mind. It's which one will rule. And I think I've shared this story with you. There was an Indian chief that had his grandson, and he was beginning to get old, and he was going to be passing, and he wanted to share some great wisdom with this young boy. So he took him out into the woods and he was talking with him and share with him about all the things that he had learned in his life as a chief. And he said to the young, young Indian grandson, he said, But this is the most important thing you need to remember. In your head, there are two wolves. There is a black wolf and there's a white wolf. And they both are hungry. They both are barking viciously for your attention, for your be feeding of them. And your feeding is when you pay attention to them. That you allow to truly give your thoughts to, give your attention to. Now, with that story, as we grew up, we had the devil on the one side and the angel on the other side. I'm sure there's been illustrations that people have taught you as you grew up. But think about this: the Holy Spirit and three enemies. The devil, your ego, and the world, fighting for your attention. If you silence, take captive these thoughts of the world, as Romans 12, 2 talks about, and you listen to the voice of God as it says in Scripture, don't harden your hearts. If you hear his voice today, don't harden your hearts. Why do I say that to you? I set up the scripture in Proverbs 4 to give you your final instruction of today's teaching. Go there with me to Proverbs chapter 4, verse 20 through 27. It says this, My child, pay attention to my words, my voice, and be willing to learn. Open your ears to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight. Keep them in the center of your heart, for they are life to those who find them, and healing and health to all their flesh.

Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flows the spring of life, best life ever. Put away from you a deceitful, lying, misleading mouth, and put devious lips far from you. Let your eyes look directly ahead towards the path of moral courage, and let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you, towards the path of integrity. Consider well and watch carefully the path of your feet, and all the ways will be steadfast and sure. Do not turn away to the right or to the left, where evil may lurk. Turn your foot from the path of evil. If you remember that earlier verse verse 25, it said, diligently straight ahead, true north, I've talked to you about true north. Paul says in Philippians chapter 3, verse 12 through 14, I forget what's behind me right now. I want you to make a confession. I am forgetting what's behind me. As Paul said, I am forgetting what's behind me. Put it in the commentary. Put your declaration right now. I'm forgetting what's behind me. I'm not gonna go try to correct it, fix it, complain about it, you know, blame it. None of that. I'm gonna forget what's behind me. Put that in the words in the commentary. I am gonna forget what's behind me and I'm gonna reset. I'm gonna reset. I'm gonna reset and I'm gonna set my eyes ahead, and I am gonna strive towards the goal that Christ has set before me, which is to become Christ-like, to become intimate with knowing Christ and become aware through that dialogue and relationship with Him, His plan for my life and His will. As it says in Romans 12:2, we will know His will because He renews our mind and He renews our mind to be able to understand and capture the thoughts of God, hear the voice of God, hear and understand God. I'm gonna pause and take a cup of coffee for a moment. I hope this is sinking in because I probably have heard the Spirit of the Lord speak to me prophetically over and over again. I want my people to hear my voice. I want them to think my thoughts. I want them to live the life I have called them to. Does that mean that there's no pain? Does that mean that there's no tears on this earth? Does that mean that there's no martyrisms going on or bullying going on? It does not mean that, because that does happen and will happen in a fallen world where we live in. But if we remain in the kingdom of God within us, if we remain in Him, as John 15, 7 says, if we remain in Him, and when we fall out, come running back, when we get stressed and strained and realize we're outside that kingdom, we jump back in, then we will live the best life ever while we're here and for eternity. For eternity. But the eternity starts right here. That's why I want you to confess. I forget what's behind me. I'm forgetting and putting behind me, I'm forgetting what's behind me, and I'm striving towards the goal that Christ has set me forward. Once that goal is set, then you can build everything on a strong rock foundation. Because every time that you come to Him, for instance, Lord, I want to have a career in this area, then you're gonna go to the scriptures, you're gonna hear what God's voice says about that, and you're gonna hear it from his perspective, whether that's the right thing to do or the right thing for you, and then you will be Christ-like in that endeavor, in that role. Whether it's a parent, whether it's a worker, whether it's a friend, whether it's a relative, it's all built on the rock of you being Christ-like. So, Jeff, I can't be Christ-like. I'm so sinful, I'm so wrong. I'm so forget what's behind you, even if it's minute by minute, forget what's behind you, because that's what Jesus does. He forgives your sins and forgets in as far as east is to west. So each and every day, it's not about your righteousness, it's not about your goodness, it's not about your good deeds. That's the Old Testament. It's about your acceptance by faith. Like that woman thought after 12 years of suffering. If I just touch him, I'd be healed. There's much more to say. There's much more to say. Um, I'm not gonna say any more now because I want to let this simmer. I want this to be little by little digested. And next week, my morning inspiration, I'll probably be kicking off a series of of these things that will help you uh continue to fan into flame. As Paul told Timothy, fan into flame the gift, the gift of God that lives within you. You have a beautiful day. Let me say a prayer for you. Lord, in your scriptures, you say that we are blessed in our coming and going. And the reason why we're blessed in our coming and going is because we come and go with you. That you would never leave us or forsake us at your promise, that you have died for us because you so loved us. And I pray that each and everyone listening to this, or that will listen to this, or that's been shared to someone outside of those that came to listen to this, would truly be transformed. Not by what I said, but what you said to their hearts, to their minds, to their souls, to their spirits, and allow the transformation to take place fully and continually be renewed daily. And we ask this in Jesus' name. Have a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful day. Um, take this with you. As James says, be doers of the word, don't listen, see, and then walk away and forget. Put this into the digestive state of taking it in. Let the Lord divide it, let the Lord, you know, share it with you even deeper or eliminate what's not for you. Let that be your project today. And it would manifest incredibly. Have a beautiful, beautiful, loving day today.
