Originally we started out from 2010 until 2021 when our work was based around our weekly radio programme SacredSpace102fm (SS102fm) on West Limerick 102fm. Now we share our work via this page including our weekly podcast as well as other recordings and inspirational talks which we would like to share with you our listeners. Since August 2025 it also now includes our new weekly radio programme "Come & See Inspirations" as we have returned on air on West Limerick102fm.

As we head into the dark evenings of winter with the season of remembrance during November, the season of winter rest also provides opportunity for us to look for some resources and places to recharge. On this weeks podcast we are joined by Martine Leehane Sheehan to share with us around the story of Ruah Rest Retreat centre in Cork and the work she and the team are now doing, rebuilding after the untimely death of her husband Pat. She discusses up coming winter programme and courses which will be available as well as other resources available from Ruah Rest.
