As we head into the dark evenings of winter with the season of remembrance during November, the season of winter rest also provides opportunity for us to look for some resources and places to recharge. On this weeks podcast we are joined by Martine Leehane Sheehan to share with us around the story of Ruah Rest Retreat centre in Cork and the work she and the team are now doing, rebuilding after the untimely death of her husband Pat.
