On our radio programme this weekend, we join with parish pastoral councils and the diocese in making an appeal to those planning to attend Mass for Christmas and encourage people to attend Mass over the entirety of the Christmas Season from Dec 24th 2020 to Jan 1st 2021 due to the public health restrictions on public gatherings which limit the numbers who can attend churches as not everyone is going to be able to attend Mass on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day itself.
