Two beautiful Bananas together are just about as chilled as you'll get. It takes a lot to get them upset, just as it takes some work to get them to do anything. But they're happy just as they are.

If you don't know what Fruit preference you are and to put some context around this,  you can do a short taster quiz here and find out if you're an Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana.  And head over to earlier episodes to help understand each one.

Remember:

  • no one can just be one Fruit – we are way too complicated. We may have a preference but unless we are really extreme we can work in all four quadrants
  • this is pop psychology so don’t get too stitched  up about it - it's mean to be fun
  • we talk in terms of extreme behaviour because it’s easier to remember those traits whether we’re looking at ourselves or others.
