Lynne Schinella

All of us lovely humans are a beautiful blend of all four Fruit, though we tend to work within our top two preferences.  And because this is a simplified version of a complex topic there's always lots of questions. In this episode, I answer the most common ones.

If you've jumped to this podcast and don't know what Fruit preference you are, put some context around this by doing a short taster quiz here and find out if you're an Apple, Mango, Lime or Banana.  And head over to earlier episodes to help understand each one.

Remember:

  • no one can just be one Fruit – we are way too complicated. We may have a preference but unless we are really extreme we can work in all four quadrants
  • this is pop psychology so don’t get too stitched  up about it - it's mean to be fun
  • we talk in terms of extreme behaviour because it’s easier to remember those traits whether we’re looking at ourselves or others.
