Postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety: two things that affect more parents today than ever before (or maybe they're finally just talked about more). Are you on the fence about medication for mental health? This episode will hopefully shine some light on the hang-ups.
We want to start off by saying that this is NOT a debate over whether you should or should not take medication while breastfeeding. Today we go over several medication options for PPD/PPA and share how they might affect your breastfeeding journey. As always, talk to your healthcare provider about getting the right meds to help you feel your best and ultimately be the best parent.
