Stand Firm, and be patient, just as the Lord is patient.

FCC Student Ministry

As we finish off the book of James, he leaves us with an encouraging, yet difficult reminder: To stand firm in our faith and hold fast to the truth in patience, or as many commonly call it, long suffering. James reminds us that the coming of the Lord Jesus is near, but in the meantime, we need to hold each other up in prayer and faith, not divide, but unite in one mind and one spirit! James instructs us to pray for one another, confess and if anyone goes astray, bring each other back to the place of fellowship with one another under our God. James also instructs us to act as Christ's images, telling us to bear one another up and not to swear, but to give a simple yes, or no. This Wednesday, we will dive into what James is telling the church, not only the ancient church, but our church today, and how we can, not only learn these truth, but apply it daily.
