Yeah. We'll, kick it off here with some positive news and positive returns year to date in, in the markets. Company valuations remain high so that's, that's driving a, a lot of this. The S&P is up almost 11% year to date. The Dow Jones is up about 8%. NASDAQ about 11 and a half. Bonds are also doing well at 5%, and internationals winning the race this year, up about 23%. There are still some factors we continue to watch though. Tariffs, jobs, inflation, rates, all, all things that there continues to be some uncertainty around that we'll be watching to see how they play out through, through the end of the year. Of course, if the tariff tantrums stick around, that could raise inflation a little bit in, in the near term. And then the jobs report that is coming out later this week will be, will be watched to see how that job growth continues and, and monitoring that unemployment rate. Expected both to still stay in, in positive territory there. And inflation, inflation is something to watch. It has been inching up over the last few months. So we'll see what, what the what the, what the rates show on the 11th when it comes out. That's expected to come up from 2.7 in July to about 3% is the expectation. So we'll see that. And these all will impact what the Fed does with interest rates. We've been talking a lot about that. Yeah. And there is an expectation the Fed to cut rates 25 basis points in September and then another 25 basis point cut before the end of the year. And that's really aligned to, to their long-term strategy of bringing that, that, that rate down to about 3%. So what does this mean for our investors? Of course political theatrics are, are likely to continue and can drive some uncertainty in the markets. With these positive returns, could always be a good time to rebalance back to your target and maintain a diversified portfolio that helps keep your long-term financial plan on track to achieve your goals.
