38: Karmic Contracts in Your Life

Hello fellow curious souls,

Thanks for being here today! You might have heard the term “karmic contract” tossed around in the spiritual space. So what exactly is it, and how does it impact the trajectory of our lives? Today, we’re diving deep into the world of karmic contracts and exploring how they shape our paths, lessons, and relationships.

A karmic contract is a soul-level agreement made before birth to encounter specific challenges and emotions. Our spirit, drawn to the depth and intensity of the human experience, enters into these contracts to grow, learn, and ultimately evolve. While these contracts can be difficult and often uncomfortable, they hold us accountable, guiding us to break free from negative cycles and reach new levels of growth. If we resist these lessons, they will continue to reappear, lifetime after lifetime, until we finally embrace and understand them. Fulfilling our karmic agreements is about accepting these experiences, learning what we need, and moving closer to spiritual wholeness. 

To gain more clarity around your karmic contract, journal on these questions to help uncover the purpose behind your experiences and guide you toward deeper growth:

1. In which relationships or areas of my life do I experience the most resistance and struggle?
2. How might greater acceptance of these experiences impact my soul?
3. How can I begin to integrate and embrace this soul lesson now?
