Ever wondered what the millennium holds according to biblical prophecy? Join us as we unravel the mysteries of this profound period through the teachings of the Bible and the insights of Brother William Marion Branham. We'll explore who survives the Great Tribulation, who will live on earth, and the transformative role the saints will play in governing the nations with a rod of iron. Our deep dive into Matthew 19:28 and Revelation 11:15 will illuminate the concept of regeneration and the establishment of Christ's new world government.

Our journey through prophetic scriptures like Isaiah and Zechariah reveals who will endure to see the millennium. Will it be the 144,000 from Israel, the survivors from all nations, or others? Brother Branham’s interpretations offer a unique perspective, drawing parallels between Noah and Enoch to the Jews and the church, respectively. We discuss how divine judgment and protection will unfold in these prophetic times, painting a picture of a world being prepared for a divine order.

The Age of Regeneration promises a world transformed under Christ's rule. Imagine a society where technologies once used for war are redirected to benefit humanity, animals live in peace, and children play safely. With Satan bound for a thousand years, the Holy Spirit becomes the new prince of the air, fostering an era of unprecedented harmony and righteousness. Reflect on these profound insights and the hopeful vision of a regenerated world where Christ and the saints reign supreme, and society flourishes under God's eternal Word. Don’t miss this enlightening episode that offers a glimpse into the promises of a divine order set to last forever.

In today's episode, I want to speak about the millennium. What will the millennium be like? Will anyone live through the Great Tribulation period? Who will populate the earth during this time? Why will the saints rule the nations with a rod of iron? Will there be both immortals and mortals alive during this period? Will children be born? Is there death? Will there be sin in the millennium? We'll find answers to all these questions in the Bible.

Speaker 1:

I want to go directly into the subject. I'm going to take this verse in Matthew 19.28 and give it a little bit different title than just millennium. Matthew 19.28 says said unto them Verily, I say unto you that ye, which have followed me in the regeneration, when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Here Jesus refers to this time period where the apostles are judging the twelve tribes of Israel and sitting upon their thrones, as the regeneration. The term regeneration means re-creation. So if we look at this, this is a messianic kingdom characterized as a recreation or regenerating of the world and its order. Revelation 11.15 says and the seventh angel sounded and there were great voices in heaven saying the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever. So there's a changing of kingdoms, a changing of governmental authority. From this world order the devil and his world leaders to be the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ. Be the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ, and he'll reign forever and ever. So it's a change of government. In fact, if we look at it scripturally, it is a new world government.

Speaker 1:

Daniel 2, 31 through 35, you, o king, were watching and behold a great image. This great image, whose splendor was excellent, stood before you and its form was awesome. This image's head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. You watched while a stone was cut out, without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay and broke them in pieces. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were crushed together and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors. The wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found, and the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. So again, this was speaking of the four major world empires, right? And so then, this is the explanation Daniel 2, 44 and 45.

Speaker 1:

And in the days of these kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed. And the kingdom shall not be left to other people. It shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms. It shall stand forever. Inasmuch as he saw, the stone was cut of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces, the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold, the great God has made known to the king what will come to pass after this. This dream is certain and its interpretation is sure. So, just as Nebuchadnezzar had a kingdom and Alexander had a kingdom and Caesar had a kingdom, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom on the earth, but it will consume all the kingdoms. It will go through all the earth, and the scripture characterizes it even further as we go on reading. But this is a replacement for the devil's kingdom, the replacement. So there's a kingdom, there's people that are being ruled over, but it'll be a new rulership which will be from the God of heaven, where Jesus prays thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. The government of heaven will be established upon the earth.

Speaker 1:

Luke 1, 31 through 33 says and behold, thou shall conceive in thy womb, bring forth a son, shall call his name Jesus. He shall be great and shall be called the son of the highest, and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father, david, and he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever. In his kingdom and of his kingdom there shall be no end. So it's a kingdom that lasts forever and it's a kingdom that spreads and there's no end to its borders. It is a full world government and kingdom, and the basis for this statement and understanding is from Isaiah 9, 6, and 7. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father. This is not a heavenly kingdom and a heavenly government. Only Remember this stone is cut from the mountain and it comes and breaks the image of Nebuchadnezzar. It breaks that in pieces and destroys it. So that kingdom was an earthly kingdom, so this God of heaven setting up a kingdom will also be an earthly kingdom. David's Davidic kingdom will be ruled from Jerusalem. The Davidic kingdom will be ruled from Jerusalem, in the city of David. The Lord Jesus Christ will have a throne set up for him and there will be 12 tribes of Israel restored 144,000. And the 12 apostles will rule over the 12 tribes.

Speaker 1:

Revelation 20, verse 4, says and I saw thrones and they sat upon them and judgment was given unto them, and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads or in their hands, and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. So there is when it says they lived, it means they came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. So there is those that are sitting upon thrones and then there's those who come to life and reign with Christ, and the time frame is a thousand years. So there is those that are sitting upon thrones and then there's those who come to life and reign with Christ, and the timeframe is a thousand years. The earthly kingdom of Christ, sitting upon the throne of his father, david from Jerusalem, ruling, lasts 1,000 years, 1,000 years. And remember in the scripture that says Satan is bound for 1,000 years and at the end of that time he's loosed for a little season. Let's go ahead and grab that scripture. And when the 1,000 years are expired, satan shall be loosed out of his prison and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth. Gog and Magog to gather them together to battle, the number of whom is as the sand of the sea, all right. And they went up on the breadth of the earth and compassed the camp of the saints about the beloved city, and fire came down from God, out of heaven and devoured them. So there is nations upon the earth, there's people populating the earth that will live during the millennium, that will ultimately be deceived by Satan, condemned and sent into the lake of fire. This is important to understand. Who are those people that the saints are ruling over? All right, we'll leave that question there. We'll answer it later. There, we'll answer it later.

Speaker 1:

Isaiah 65, verse 17 from the Young's translation. For lo, I'm creating new heavens and a new earth, and the former things are not remembered, nor do they ascend on the heart. So we see, I am creating. So the process of the millennium is a regeneration, that is, the process of God creating a new heavens and a new earth. It's a process. It takes time. It's been regenerated from the time of the destruction. It's a post-apocalyptic founding of the world. The majority of the world will have been destroyed in the Great Tribulation period, as we'll see. But then there is a flowering, a bringing forth, a restoration of the land and of the earth.

Speaker 1:

Okay, revelation 2, 26 and 27,. And he that overcometh and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of a potter. Shall they be broken to shivers, even, as I received of my father? So there has to be someone for the saints to rule over. And as we think about, who is the people? We'll answer that question again. But there is a ruling that takes place, and even the trials and the things that we face are there for us. Okay, yes, 2 Timothy 2.12,.

Speaker 1:

If we suffer, we shall also reign with him. If we deny him, he also will deny us. So there's a suffering that takes place in this present time that actually prepares us and fits us for ruling and reigning with Christ. And remember the quote about character is not a gift. Romans 8, 17 and 18 says and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if so be that we suffer with him, that we may also be also glorified together.

Speaker 1:

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Brother Branham says Unless we suffer with him, we cannot reign with him. You have to suffer to reign. The reason for this is that character simply is never made without suffering. Character is a victory, not a gift. A man without character can't reign, because power apart from character is satanic, but power with character is fit to rule. Since he wants us to share even his throne on the same basis that he overcame and is set down in his father's throne, then we have to overcome to sit with him, and the little temporary suffering we go through now is not worthy to be compared to the tremendous glory that will be revealed in us when he comes. Oh, what treasures are laid up for those who are willing to enter into his kingdom through much tribulation. So the ruling and reigning in the millennium is done because the character that he's creating in us through the word and through suffering now.

Speaker 1:

So then, who are we? Who will populate the earth during the time? Who are the people that are there? Is there children born? Is there death? Well, let's look, and we'll begin to answer these questions by the scriptures Isaiah 4, 2 through 6.

Speaker 1:

In that day shall the branch of the Lord be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped. The word escaped means survivors, so the survivors of Israel. And it shall come to pass that he that is left in Zion and he that remaineth in Jerusalem shall be called holy, everyone that is written among the living in Jerusalem, when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning. And the Lord will create upon every dwelling place of Mount Zion and upon our assemblies a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night. For upon all the glory shall be a defense, and there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat and a place of refuge for a covert from storm and from rain. So there are people that survive God's wrath in the tribulation period. Those that are escaped are the survivors of Israel. Everyone that's left will be called holy, and God washes away the filth of the daughters of Zion through the suffering that takes place in the tribulation period. And so they survive the tribulation period, and that's the truth. Brother Branham speaks of the 144,000 surviving, going through, carried over through the tribulation, improving his word 1964, he says now you notice, noah was a type of the Jews that will be carried over through the tribulation. Enoch was the type of the real message, of the translation of the church, for Enoch was taken up and then the flood came and both of them, first prophet Enoch, was taken out of the way so Noah could go on with his, god could go on with Noah, and now the church will be taken away so that God can deal with the Jews, the remnant of the Jews, the 144,000, as we've been through it in the scriptures. So there's Jews, the survivors of Israel, as the Bible says, that are carried over through the tribulation period into the millennium Natural people. They don't die, so they're not immortal. They're natural people that survive into the millennium.

Speaker 1:

Zechariah 14, 2 and 3. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses rifled and the women ravished. This is speaking of Armageddon and leading into the millennium Houses rifled, the women ravished, and half the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the Lord go forth. Remember, he gathers all the nations together to fight against Jerusalem. He says from the Lord, shall be among them, they shall lay hold everyone in the hand of his neighbor and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor. And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem, and the wealth of all the heathen roundabout shall be gathered together, gold and silver and apparel in great abundance. And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel and of the ass and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents as this plague.

Speaker 1:

And it shall come to pass that everyone that is left, of all the nations which came against Jerusalem, shall even go up, from year to year, to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. So then we go from the wrath of God in the tribulation to the millennium. And it says everyone that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem. So there says everyone that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem, so there will be people that are left that survive, that don't die in the day of the Lord. They survive and they make it into the tribulation Right. And so the people will go up to worship at the temple, the restored temple in Jerusalem, where Jesus Christ will be and worship there. But it says, and it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem. So we see the rod of iron coming into place to worship the King, the Lord of hosts. Even upon them shall be no rain. And if the family of Egypt go not up and come not that have no rain, there shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. In that day there shall be upon the bells of all the horses, holiness unto the Lord, and the pots. So we see there's a restoration of Israel. There's survivors of Israel, but there's also survivors of the nations, of every nation that came against Jerusalem. So we have survivors from the nations, we have survivors of Jews. These are mortal people that survived the great tribulation period.

Speaker 1:

Say is it possible? Does scripture speak of this? Yes, isaiah 24, 1 through 6. Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. And it shall be as with the people, so with the priest, as with the servant, so with his master, as with the people, so with the priest, as with the servant, so with his master, as with the maid, so with their mistress, as with the buyer, so with the seller, as with the lender, so with the borrower, as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury To him. The land shall be utterly emptied and utterly spoiled. For the Lord has spoken this word.

Speaker 1:

You think, okay, everything is gone, there's no one left. The earth mourneth and fadeth away. The world languisheth and fadeth away. The haughty people of the earth do languish. The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth and they that dwell therein are desolate. Therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned and few men left. So there's few men left. It doesn't say no men left. It means most of the people are destroyed, but a few people are left from all the nations.

Speaker 1:

So, again, this is speaking of the day of the Lord, isaiah 13, 9-12. So there are people that survive. There will be so few of them. They will be so rare. They'll be rare like gold. There's gold, it's difficult to find, but they're there. So the destruction will be almost so complete, but there will be people left, and the people that are left will be considered holy and they'll be considered as precious as gold because there's so few of them left.

Speaker 1:

So then, what will the age of regeneration be like? You're saying there's natural people that survive the tribulation period, enter into the millennium. What will it then be like? And there's a need to rule over with a rod of iron, and those people come to a place where they actually gather together. Satan is loosed and they're deceived. So what will it be like?

Speaker 1:

Isaiah 2, 1-4, the word that Isaiah, the son of Amoz, saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem, and it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains and shall be exalted above the hills, and all nations shall flow onto it and many people shall go and say come, ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, and he will teach us his ways and we will walk in his paths. For out of Zion shall go forth the law and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem, and he shall judge among the nations and shall rebuke many people, and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nations shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore. So, first of all, there will be nations around the world and the nations will flow into Jerusalem and the word of the Lord will go forth from Jerusalem. So that which will rule over the nations will be the word. The laws of the land will be the word, and it'll go from Jerusalem and will spread through all the world. And there will still be world tourism. People will be able to travel and go to Jerusalem. Even the technology of war, instead of being used for war, it'll be used for the advancement and the development and the blessing of mankind. It'll not be for fighting. That most technology goes into now is for battle and for competition, but instead of that it will be. All the technology that's developed will be for food, for safety, for the blessing of the nations.

Speaker 1:

Matthew 22, 29 through 30,. Jesus answered and said unto them you do err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God for the resurrection, neither Mary nor given in marriage, but as the angels of God in heaven. So the immortal saints will be there, ruling over the people. They will not have children. They cannot have children, for they're like the angels of God in heaven. Their purpose to multiply and replenish the earth has been fulfilled. They die, they resurrect, they no longer will reproduce in that way During the millennium, Satan is bound.

Speaker 1:

Revelation 21 through 3,. I saw an angel come down from heaven having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand, and he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent which is the devil and Satan, and bound him a thousand years and cast him into the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal upon him that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled, and after that he must be loosed a little season. So Satan is put in the bottomless pit. He is no longer the prince of the power of the air. Now. The prince of the power of the air is the Holy Spirit, and the rulers of the world are Christ and the saints. Christ and the saints rule over the nations.

Speaker 1:

As I can see it, scripturally, you will rule the nation that you come out of. So the 12 apostles are Jewish. They will rule over the Jewish nation, you and I. I'm an American, or there's Africans, or there's Asians Chinese, japanese, swedish, norwegian, et cetera, et cetera. You will rule over the nations that you came out of, and that will be a characterization of the rule. We rule over the nations.

Speaker 1:

Isaiah 11, 1 through 9. Let's read that. And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse and a branch shall grow out of its roots, excuse me and the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord, and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord, and shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears, but with righteousness shall he judge the poor and reprove with equity. In the millennium of judgment, there's a necessity of reproving and there's a necessity for ruling with wisdom. All right, and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth. So this is where we find the statement ruling with a rod of iron. And with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

Speaker 1:

So this is speaking of the slaying of the Antichrist. By his word he will destroy the Antichrist. And when the saints return to earth, we will battle by the spoken word. All right, and the righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb. So again, now we begin to see that the earth is released from its curse. This is what paul speaks about in romans 8, that the, the creation will be set free from vanity and from the curse. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb. The leopard shall lie down with the kid and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together. Now I want you to notice, a little child shall lead them. So there'll be little children in the millennium. And the cow and the bear shall feed the young one, shall lie down together and the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and the suckling child shall play on the whole of an ass. An asp shall play on the whole of an asp. So there will be a nursing child in the millennium and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice den. So this is a child that has stopped nursing. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the water covers the sea. So, instead of being a place where the devil rules over the mass media, the devil rules over the news industry, the devil rules over education. Instead, the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord. The word of the Lord will be the primary tool of education, understanding and revelation over the people of the earth.

Speaker 1:

Brother Branham says Isaiah 65 refers to the millennium and the future home. He says now also in the book of Isaiah you want to put these scriptures down in Isaiah 65 refers to the millennium and the future home. He says now also in the book of Isaiah you want to put these scriptures down in Isaiah 65, 17, isaiah speaking of the millennium, that thousand years of rest for the people of God. Isaiah spoke of it and he said there was all the former things that passed away, how they'll build houses, inhabit them. Maybe we just take the time and read just a minute Isaiah 65, and let's read for a few minutes. And here it is right for us now to begin Isaiah 65. So let's read Isaiah 65, and let's draw some scriptural conclusions from it.

Speaker 1:

Verse 17, for behold, I create or, as we read before, I am creating a new heavens and a new earth, and the former shall not be remembered nor come into mind, but be glad and rejoice over forever in that which I create. For behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing and her people a joy, and I will rejoice in Jerusalem and joy in my people, and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. So there's a rejoicing, there's a peace of crying. So there's a rejoicing, there's a peace. Pains and sorrows will be forgotten because of the great peace that covers the earth. Verse 20 through 22,.

Speaker 1:

There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that has not filled his days. I'm going to go ahead and pull this up. We'll read it in the King James Version and then we'll go to another version after that. There won't be an infant of days, nor an old man that is not filled as days, for the child shall die a hundred years old, but the sinner, being a hundred years old, shall be accursed. In other words, infant death will not be common. Also, it says there will not be old men that won't fill their days.

Speaker 1:

Early death, infant death of newborns, won't be common. It won't be the norm anymore, for the child shall die 100 years old. So someone that dies 100 years old, they'll say my goodness, he was just a child so young. So 100 years old will be considered young at that time, but the sinner, being 100 years old, shall be accursed. So someone that dies when he's 100, they'll understand that they're dying not in normal circumstances, but they'll be dying because they're cursed.

Speaker 1:

It's basically showing someone is living contrary to the word, they've sinned in such a way that it's worthy of death. So then they die and they'll say that person died because he transgressed the law of the Lord Right. And they shall build houses and inhabit them, and they shall plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them. They shall not build and another inhabit. They shall not plant and another eat. For as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and my elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. They'll live a long life, they'll enjoy their properties, their farm, god's blessings. So there's farming during the millennium, there is vineyards, there is fruit, and it's God's blessing to be able to enjoy them without having to die and pass it on to someone else. As the days of a tree or so shall be the days of my people, some trees can live to be 500 or even up to over a thousand years old or more. So, in other words, people will live in the millennium and even survive from the beginning to the end of the millennium.

Speaker 1:

I want to read verse 20 in the NLT version no longer will babies die when only a few days old. No longer will adults die before they have lived a full life. No longer will people be considered old at 100. Only the cursed will die that young. So there's death in the millennium. There's babies in the millennium. All right, let's continue, verse 23.

Speaker 1:

They shall not labor in vain. The work won't be for no reason, nor bring forth for trouble. So to bring forth means to give birth, so they won't give birth for trouble. So is their birth in the millennium? Yes, for they are the seed of the blessed of the lord and their offspring with them. So there's birth and there's offspring in the millennium. I'm going to read from the nlt they will not work in vain and their children will not be doomed to misfortune, for they are. And there's offspring in the millennium. I'm going to read from the NLT. They will not work in vain and their children will not be doomed to misfortune, for they are the people blessed by the Lord and their children too will be blessed. And it shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer While they are yet speaking. I will hear the wolf and the lamb shall feed together and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy, and all my holy mountain, saith the Lord. So again, there will be work, but it will not be purposeless. People will work and have jobs. Bring forth means to give birth. Offspring means children, animals will all be purposeless. People will work and have jobs. Bring forth means to give birth. Offspring means children, animals will all be herbivores. The serpent will still remain under the curse, so there's still a modicum of the curse there, but animals will not hurt or kill during the millennium.

Speaker 1:

Ezekiel 40 to 44 is speaking of the millennial temple in the sixfold purpose of Gabriel's visit to Daniel. Brother Branham says now watch description of the temple that is to be built in the millennium. Now anyone, any reader that knows that from Ezekiel, the 40th chapter until about the 44th chapter, is nothing in the world but the millennial temple being erected on earth. Anyone knows that. See when the glory of the Lord fills it, and so forth like that. So go ahead and read Ezekiel 40 to 44,.

Speaker 1:

The millennial temple, laws concerning Levites describes the conditions of the millennium. Neither shall any priest drink wine when they enter into the inner court, neither shall they take for their wives a widow nor her that is put away. But they shall take maidens of the seed of the house of Israel or a widow that had a priest before. And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. Ezekiel 44, 24 through 27. And in controversy they shall stand in judgment and they shall judge it according to my judgments and they shall keep my laws and my statutes and all mine assemblies, and they shall hallow my Sabbaths and they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves. But for father, for mother, for son or for daughter, for brother, for sister that had no husband, they may defile themselves and after he is cleansed, they shall reckon unto him seven days and in that day that he goeth into the sanctuary unto the inner court to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering.

Speaker 1:

Saith the Lord God, verses 28 and 29,. And it shall come to be. Shall be unto them for an inheritance. I am their inheritance and you shall give them no possession. Is Israel, I am their inheritance and you shall give them no possession. Is Israel, I am their possession. They shall eat the meat offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering and every dedicated thing shall be theirs. So we find laws regarding marriage, laws regarding drinking wine, laws regarding the clean and the unclean, laws regarding coming near the dead, laws regarding animal sacrifice, laws governing eating the meat of the sacrifice. So I'm not here to explain. I can't understand what animal sacrifice would be during that time. Since that has been fulfilled, perhaps it's a sacrifice, pointing back to the actual, real sacrifice, which is the blood of Christ.

Speaker 1:

So let's characterize the millennium all in all, as we've seen from the scriptures, immortal saints are ruling over mortal sinners living and repopulating the planet. There's sin, but sin isn't rampant because Satan is bound. He's not going out to deceive them, but they still have a sin nature that they need to be ruled over with a rod of iron by the immortal saints. Two it's the regeneration of society and the regeneration of nature. It's a process. Three Satan is bound, so the primary influence in the millennium is the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, through the Bride of Jesus Christ, the immortal saints of the ages. Four there's world peace. World peace is finally achieved by the Word of God taking full power and authority over the people. Five there's a government takeover centered in Jerusalem. So Jerusalem will be the world's capital city. This will be the place where everyone travels to to have a special time of worship. There, though, people live throughout the nations.

Speaker 1:

Six there's children born and there's death and there's sin, but there's long life and happiness and joy, the reversal, if I can only speak and say that there's a restoration back to what it was before the flood, though Satan is bound. So before the flood, there was a canopy, there was water above the firmament, there was long life. If you study and look at it, you understand that there was a greater level of oxygen in the atmosphere. There's water in the atmosphere. There's water in the atmosphere. There is more oxygen in the atmosphere. Things could grow bigger Even people would grow bigger as a result of being, and more things could be done. So people will live longer. They won't die so soon. Their bodies won't break down because there'll be a change in the atmosphere. There'll be a change, a slow restoration back to the way it was created in the beginning.

Speaker 1:

Well, I hope this answers many questions. If you have any questions for me, feel free to go ahead and ask them. I believe, with the spirit of revelation being broken open to the bride, that many things become clearer and clearer as we go forward in time, and we can see them in the scriptures. May God richly bless you, saints.
