Provision For The Vision

It's provision for the vision what God orders for he pays for. So you see the vision, but where is the provision to walk in it? That's the question I was thinking about this morning. As you know, we're talking about podcasting from the overflow of your relationship with God, holy Spirit, podcasting. But this is really about you in the sense of you really know God's called you forward but you seem stuck. It might be finances, it might be timing. So the Suck no More Voices podcast. This is where we peel back the layers of fear, silence and shame and we rise into the power of our true identity, voice and God-given legacy.

I was thinking about this today the season that I'm in, post-recovery of a double mastectomy and then a second surgery, living with my kids so definitely a different season. I'm very thankful that I was talking with a friend about it, about seasons, and she said I had years of serving my kids and the struggle was real until I realized that is my calling in the season. So you may struggle with the pressure to walk in your purpose right now, and maybe it's not provision, it's just a stuckness that circumstances have put you there. I just want to, from the overflow, just share an episode that's very dear to my heart about trusting God in the midst of going forward. I'm going forward with the Voices no More Stuck, no More Voices Academy. We're going to open that up in a month or so, maybe sooner, but you see, I'm going through my healing. I was thinking about this morning and I was reminded that obedience can become my currency, faith can become my foundation and God, my goodness, he's been faithful every step and I realize, every single time I obey, something shifts, whether it's a message of encouragement, a gift, a resource or simply the grace to keep going. So this morning I was in my time with God. This is what this episode is being birthed from my time with God and on my heart.

Because of the stall, because of the healing, because of the doctor's visits, there's been a halt to working consistently. I'm doing podcast episodes, which is just such a joy, but, really going forward with you in mind, how am I going to make this simple for you to be able to record and start a podcast? That was on my mind, but then I got like Holy Spirit he's so cool. He reminded me of this prophetic word that was spoken over me January 2nd. I was at a woman's Eden retreat is what it was called, and it was January 2nd in Temecula. So I listened to the words she spoke over me and it was interesting.

Trusting God Through Seasons

The second lady spoke a word over me that I didn't realize I was walking out. She kept saying you're going to have a new story. You're going to have a new story and that's what I say in the midst of my cancer journey. Another story, for God's glory. But that's not the point.

I went and listened to. My friend was sitting next to me and, wow, she got this powerful word and in the midst of that word for her, there was this saying that stuck to me, that I said, oh my goodness, this is right what I need to hear. So I heard this in this, another person's prophecy. By the way, if you hear a prophetic word for someone else and it resonates with you, grab it. It could be for you. So this is what is the phrase I'm so stuck to my spirit like glue this morning what God orders he pays for. Come on, what God orders he pays for and I want to declare that over you today If God spoke something over your life, if he's placed a vision in your heart yeah, I'm not just talking podcasting but if he's placed this massive, you know a business going to help others because that's really what we're all about.

Mission driven messengers because that's really what we're all about, mission driven messengers. Our message is to help someone else. But what if you get that block and you're like, okay, this is a great vision, but right now I am wiping diapers every day. Right now I am facing financial struggles. Right now I don't see it. Can I just personally make this a prophetic word for you what God orders he pays for? Now, let's anchor this in the word what we're talking about. Okay, philippians 4, verse 19, and my God shall supply all your need according to his riches and glory. Think about it. He has already made provision in the spiritual realm to fulfill it. If he's called you to something that feels bigger than you, then guess what what God orders he pays for. If God spoke something over your life and, like I said, my heart beats for those who really want to amplify their voice on a podcast, but you don't know where you don't have the money to pay for good training, what God orders he pays for.

Let me take a moment to share a piece of my own journey. It's like I went through 26 years of a very controlling, controlling relationship with my husband, and in the early years I would. I would pay for some programs, I'd have my mom help me pay and I'd work and I work and I work. And my kids were so trained when they heard dad come through the garage with his truck, they'd say mom, dad's home, and I immediately closed my computer because he, I, he didn't believe in my dreams and I. That last thing I needed in the midst of the struggle was someone telling me negative things. I am so. It makes me very sensitive, though, that my kids were the ones to tell me, and oftentimes I worked so much that I forgot my kids. I was so busy trying to get the latest SEO on my website or build my video ministry or sell golf clubs or preach a message my head. This is after I retired from radio in 2006,. My head was always in a computer.

I remember this one time Anna came to me and I was on my computer and she was trying to tell me something and she's like mom and she kept saying mom, mom, will you look up? So I realized, okay, I got to look up and listen to what she says. Now I could have a lot of regret about that and I've had to do some good mental therapy to forgive myself and realize I was just no excuses. Sometimes your season, like my friend said, is just right there with your family. Maybe it's wiping one diaper after another, or maybe it's in the stall, like, for example, I am back with my kids now. They asked me to live with them in the midst of my cancer journey so they can keep and watch on me. So in a way, god is providing something. There may not be any monetary reward, but yet there's a reward that's greater than money can buy and that's the restoration with your own children.

What God Orders He Pays For

My husband passed three years ago, so since he's passed, being able to come back to them and now them saying, mom, you got to live with us, we got to take care of you. So I'm speaking to you in the Jesus chair, not in my studio. We're trying to get an apartment. Hopefully I'll get my studio set up, but I'm going to go forward right now because what God what God said orders, he's paying for, so he's he's letting me have some time here in my Jesus chair. Another thing that I know God really has spoken to me through the years is you don't have to hustle your way into God's promises. You don't have to manipulate outcomes. You're not the provider of your own destiny. He is. I hope this encourages someone who maybe is just discouraged. They know they got a vision. It may be provision that's missing, it may be just the time they're stuck, but I hope my testimony, like what I can remember when God told me to start the podcast, I didn't have a team, there wasn't a budget.

I just figured things out that were very difficult back then, a lot more easier today. I went into the closet and started. Why did I go into the closet? Well, because I didn't want to be criticized. I didn't want to be told it won't work. But this is the thing. The vision was a message in my voice that I knew God was calling me to step up to the plate. So I fought for my voice and I kept hearing the Lord say use your voice. I've given to you, I'll do the rest. Never mind, I was in radio. This has nothing to do with oh, you have a radio voice, so it's easy for you. No, this is totally different. I had to step out, not knowing exactly how the equipment would come to me or even if the platform would grow or how I'd be received.

Sometimes you have to get over the imposter syndrome. What is my mom going to think? What is my children? You, just, if God's called you.

The provision he's providing for you, I believe, is not monetary, then it's a peace. It's something deep down in your soul that you know you have a message. You know that your story is meant for someone else. Oftentimes the difficulty that we go through becomes the story that you tell to the person you once were. So in the midst of this provision doesn't always show up the way you expect it, but something happened. Every time I obeyed, something happened. Maybe it was just enough.

I remember one birthday. I had my heart on this really nice microphone. I'm not speaking into it right now, it's backed up somewhere, but my mom saw my heart and she bought it for me for my birthday. Can I tell you that was like the biggest gift. I wasn't expecting it. So sometimes your provision comes in gifts, sometimes it comes in words. I think sometimes words spoken over you carry more value than even money. So I hope that I can encourage you. What God orders, god provides. So I'm just sharing out of the overflow of my relationship with God is how I teach in the Stuck no More Voices Academy. Literally, you learn something and you open up your mic and you speak. Of course, the Academy. I'm going to show you more than that. I'm going to show you some tools where you're not all day trying to create a podcast. I've been there all day in the years ago, six years ago, all day trying to work on one podcast.

But let me remind you, obedience can become your currency. Faith comes your foundation. So let me speak directly to the part of that question. Lord, I believe you called me, but how do I go forward when I don't see the resources? Can I, can I touch on that again? Lord, I believe you called me, but how do I go forward when I don't see the resources? Here's what I want you to remember.

God doesn't just speak a vision, he sustains it. My vision of doing what I'm doing has been birthed 2002, even while I was on the radio before I retired. So I retired in 2006, but already I was starting to hear the thunder if you can hear it in my mic of God calling me to continue to speak. And each time God has sustained me by his word and by speaking to me. So God doesn't just speak a vision, he sustains it. He is the author and finisher of your faith. Hebrews 12, verse 2, says that he's the author and finisher of your faith. Fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. His word does not return. Void Isaiah 55, verse 11.

Breaking Through Fear And Delay

So can I tell you, no matter your age, you're not behind, you're being positioned, and sometimes what feels like lack is actually just divine timing in disguise. God funds what he starts, what he starts. If we start in that striving mode and that hustle mode, you know what that's going to do. It's going to kill your creativity and diminish your trust in God being the one who helps you forward. You're the vessel and diminish your trust in God being the one who helps you forward. You're the vessel and what he provides, what he calls you to, and you're an obedient. You're taking that time in the word. You're sitting before him for the divine strategies and the words and the messages. God funds what he starts. He backs up his voice and when you step into your yes which is a huge thing, saying yes to God he shows up with his more.

Can I invite you into a quick moment of reflection right now? Let's just take a breath, breathe in and breathe out and ask yourself, ask God and breathe out and ask yourself. Ask God again what has God asked me to step into that I've been waiting to fund before I move? Now write that down. What has God asked me to step into that I've been waiting to fund before I move? Or you can say I've been waiting for provision for the vision. Now write it down. Now I want to ask you something. Release your grip. Say this out loud, if you can. Lord, I trust you. I say yes to the vision. I trust that you are my provider. I will walk by faith, not by sight. So you're activating something.

It's not just a declaration, it's not just, it's not just a saying. There has to come a mental shift with that, and sometimes that mental shift comes first in the word for God to realign your voice, your heart. It's a season, maybe that you just God's just saying will you trust me in this season? Will you trust me? So I believe, just as I heard a prophetic declaration over my friend January 2nd in Temecula, california, and I heard prophetic words over me that stirred my soul, I want to declare this over you whether it's prophetic or not, I trust God. I'm not saying it's prophetic, but at the same time, I know there's power in the spoken word.

So listen to this. I'm saying this over you. Yeah, you listen. I know you're driving right now. I know you're in the kitchen. I just want you to focus on this right now.

Can we focus on this? I'm going to say something to you. Yeah, I'm talking to you. You are not stuck, you are sent. You are not overlooked, you are chosen. You are not the source. God is what God, god, orders, he pays for. Heaven's bank has already cleared the transaction. I got to say that again. Heaven's bank has already cleared the transaction. Your job is obedience. He is outcome. I'll pray for you, father. God, I just thank you for who you are. I think you're a God of yes and amen. Those are your promises. I thank you for the one listening right now. I thank you that you're stirring up that vision in her again, reminding her of the words you've spoken in the quiet place, just to her. I don't know what it is, but she knows you have spoken to her. It may have been that message to release on a podcast. It may have been that book. It may have been that speaking stage that she so longs for, and she knows she's gone through it and has come out on the other side and has a testimony.

So, father, I ask that you release provision for her Supernatural, timely, undeniable. Father, god, in the name of Jesus, I break off delay, fear and striving. If the delay is part of your process, then, father, give her strength to be sustained through the process. But if it's a man-made delay, lord, I break it off in the name of Jesus, and I declare she will walk in bold obedience, fully assured that the one who called her is faithful to complete the work. So, father, we thank you as we fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who, for the joy set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of God. There's joy in the midst of your journey, even though you went to the cross, even though you had to despise the shame. There was joy because you, god Jesus, knew Jesus. You knew there would be joy for us. So, instead of the striving for the provision, for the vision, instead of the scratching our head, instead of the wondering and doubt overcoming us in the barriers of fear, lord, we thank you that we can break through that with your word, with faith, with knowing that I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me, knowing that you provide, you're a God of provision, you're a God of more than enough. Ooh, I got carried away praying for someone, lord, but you know my heart. I pray this in Jesus' name, amen. So I really thank you so much for tuning in today.
